Review of Androcare from govardhan udaygiri
Dr Rahul reddy is good at andrologist and at fertility as well. Recently my brother and sister-in-law visited him, he took great care and treated very good with medicines and personally so well. I suggest if any one wants to go for any above treatment, surely you can go to him without any doubt. Staff was very good at taking care in personal and treatment patients like family. Overall they are at good at service and hospitality..

I’m giving 3 stars - 2 stars down solely because of the lady at the front desk. I was told to wait until someone called my name, but even after 30 minutes, no one did. When I finally asked another staff member, I found out no one had been assigned to give me my reports.\n\nThe lady at the front desk, who initially told me to wait, seemed more occupied with her phone than actually addressing my concern. When I followed up the second time, she simply repeated that someone would call out my name-without checking or taking any action. It was only because I asked someone else that I finally got my report.\n\nIf I hadn’t followed up, I might have waited the entire day.\n\nTo Visitors, please stay alert and double-check if things seem off - you might end up losing valuable time otherwise..

Edited: 22-04-2025\nAfter identifying this issue from the reception/call, Mr. Karthik took the matter into consideration and scheduled the appointment for the next day where the slots are available.\n\nDiscussed this concern in person with Dr. Rahul Reddy Sir also and they explained the issues they are facing because of the over inflow of patients day by day(mostly walk-ins coming from the rural areas with out prior info/booking).\n\nThey took necessary steps to avoid this miscommunication and working on to improve the pre-booking appointments.\n\nThank you for your consideration and valuable treatment to the patients at the affordable costs Dr. Rahul Reddy Sir.\n\nOld Review: 18-04-2025.\nNo doubt on the Dr. Rahul Reddy Sir's treatment, he is a very care taking person to the patients. He listens to the patient queries and provides treatment accordingly. His videos provide so much information on genital and sexual health. Much approved.\n\nWhen comes to the management, its utterly failed in managing the appointments and scheduling the patient visits. For the second time consultation, we are not aware that we have to book an appointment in prior to 1-2months. In my case, the Doctor prescribed one month's medication and asked to come for the review and tests after a month.\n\nNo one(receptionist, pharmacy team, lab team) said to have the appointment booked in prior for the next consultation.\n\nNow after one month of medication, when I called for tomorrow's appointment to have the medical test and consultation, they are saying the slots are not available until next 20-30 days.\n\nUnbelievable treatment of the patient?????\n\nWhen we ask about the solution as to how do we manage the medication(as we are undergoing IVF treatment) until the next appointment the reception team is saying to continue the medicines and come to the next appointment date. Not sure when they got the Doctorate extend the prescription Not to wonder if they even perform the surgeries by saying Doctor is not available.\n\nWithout proper information has given to have the prior appointments and now not allowing patients to have just 5 Minutes of review.\n\nThe reception team is not even ready to consult and find out the solution. Not allowed to have a discussion with the management too.\n\nThey are just playing with the patients health and weakness!!\n\nAttached are the images of prescription and file as to prove there is no proper information on prior appointment bookings.\n\nSuggest Dr. Rahul Reddy Sir to consider this problem and find out the solution to keep up the valuable treatment.

No use of taking an appointment prior. Very long waiting hours even after taking an appointment. Nearly 3-5 hours waiting for a follow up, that too after coming for the time as decided by the clinic. No response from front desk and always busy with their personal talks and wasting lots of time..
