I have very bad experience with Gauri two times. 1st I visited with my wife and 2nd time with my sister with no results.\nI would really suggest don't go to this looted place at all.She is not assisted to the patients .. she is there for only selling the packages .. they are not explaining exact process neither pros nor cons.. they have bloody no idea how the patient and their family is surviving for not having kid and went to them with some or other faith in them...\n\nThat Mrs. Gauri even dont talk to you directly ever.

I’m writing this review to share my honest and personal experience with this IVF centre, so others can make a better-informed decision. Unfortunately, my experience here was filled with disappointment, lack of transparency, and poor ethical standards.\n\n1. Misleading Communication and Inconsistent Charges\nThe experience started with misleading information.\nWhen I reached the center, I was asked to pay ₹2000 for the file, though Preeti (the coordinator) had earlier told me it was ₹500. Only after insisting did they reduce it—exposing how random and inconsistent their pricing is.\nAverage Charges including everything: 3.5 L to 4 L (initially they will say it’s 2L but than later they will say lack of good eggs than say hysteroscopy required) and other medicine. Failure rate is 99% in first attempt\n\n2. Lack of Transparency in Treatment Process\nThe entire treatment journey lacked transparency:\n• No visibility into how many eggs were retrieved during pickup.\n• No explanation or tracking of embryo development or what stage the process was at.\n• No system to monitor or verify what was happening during or after pickup.\n• Patients are not allowed to witness or confirm critical stages in the procedure.\nMost disturbingly, Dr. Gauri Agarwal was absent during all major stages—no presence during pickup, consultations, or follow-ups. Almost everything was managed by interns, nurses, or junior doctors, who even handled prescriptions and answered critical questions.\nFor something as delicate and emotional as IVF, this level of detachment and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.\n\n3. Questionable Medical Practices and Overpriced Testing\nThe clinic’s pricing for tests is highly inflated:\n• A simple Beta HCG test costs ₹1030 here, whereas the same test from reputable labs costs around ₹600.\n• After a failed first cycle, despite being told everything was “ideal”—eggs, embryos, medication—there was no effort to analyze what went wrong.\n• We waited over 5 hours just for a 2-minute conversation with the doctor, who offered no explanation or change in approach—just another costly cycle suggestion.\n• When I asked, “What will be done differently to increase success?”—no answer. An intern simply began reading my file like it was a script and doctor(Sipra) say we have to repeat next cycle\nIt became clear they were following a hit-and-trial model, rather than a scientific, personalized plan.\n\n4. Hidden Costs and Misleading Packages\nWe were promised a ₹2L package including embryo freezing and discounts. In reality, that number shot up to ₹4L due to:\n• Second egg pickup (₹1L additional)\n• Mandatory hysteroscopy (₹50K more)\n• Expensive medications and add-ons\nEvery phase introduces unexpected costs, without clarity or consent upfront.\n\n5. No Empathy or Support After Failure\nAfter our first cycle failed, there was no effort to review, support, or adjust treatment. Just a quick push into another round. Emotionally, we felt completely abandoned. No follow-up, no personalized care, no accountability.\n\n6. Don’t Rely on Influencer Promotions\nPlease don’t make your decision based on interviews or promotions by influencers like Lallantop or Shubhankar Mishra. These are marketing-driven stories that don’t reflect the ground reality.\nReal stories from real patients tell a very different tale—one of poor service, lack of results, and financial exploitation..

Really this is unprofessional center of IVF. Not recommmeded since started they are only asking for money and the big fraud is in consultant bill they mark as zero billing on invoice however. They charges fees of 1000 from us other than this they have down ultrasound which also charged for 2000. Totally their aim is to making money no courtesy and no emotions..

Extremely Insensitive and Unprofessional Experience with Dr. Gauri Agrawal\n\nMy wife and I, both visually challenged and working in very prominent government positions, approached Dr. Gauri Agrawal for an IVF procedure, expecting professionalism, empathy, and understanding. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of disappointing, traumatic, and deeply disrespectful.\n\nDespite her reputed name in the medical field, Dr. Gauri Agrawal demonstrated a shocking lack of awareness, sensitivity, and professionalism in dealing with visually challenged individuals. From the very beginning, she treated us casually and dismissively — giving us barely a minute during consultations, avoiding any meaningful interaction, and showing no willingness to understand our background or concerns.\n\nWorse, her questions were filled with prejudice and insensitivity. She asked my wife derogatory, humiliating things that left us feeling ashamed and extremely uncomfortable. These were not just personal invasions but were completely inappropriate in a medical setting, especially for a doctor of her standing.\n\nThroughout the IVF process, she failed to provide proper medical investigation, didn’t explain anything about our embryos, didn’t guide us clearly on the process, and showed no effort to ensure we were well-informed. At the time of embryo transfer, when my wife was on the operation table — a moment already filled with anxiety — she chose to ask vague and pathetic questions that caused immense mental stress.\n\nThe entire process was emotionally exhausting for us — not because of IVF, but because of the careless, indifferent, and prejudiced attitude of Dr. Gauri Agrawal. Her ignorance about the independent and productive lives of visually challenged individuals is unacceptable, especially in a professional who deals with people’s dreams of becoming parents.\n\nWe regret putting our trust in someone who lacked basic human empathy. We hope no other differently-abled person has to go through such an experience..

Very bad services. Gauri Agarwal is not a doctor she is a money maker. If you have 1000000 in your pocket then visit this doctor still there is not any chance to get the baby in 1st attempt. There is no connection to the second attempt. Medicine and tests are so costly you can purchase the same medicine and tests in the market at a very low price.
