I went to Bliss in 2021 after a failed IVF from Craft hospital. My doctor from Craft, Dr. Sankalp Singh suggested me two doctors in Kottayam and one among that was Dr. Simi Mohandas. We went to visit both the doctors who were practicisng in two different hospitals. From the first meet itself, we understood that Simi Mam was the one who meant for us. She is one of the finest doctors I have met, and more than that, a wonderful human being.nnThere started our journey with Bliss.nnDr. Simi mam was there to support us through out our IVF journey. She always instilled hope in us to move forward. Eventhough I got pregnant after the first embryo transfer, I lost my twins in 24 weeks. After that, getting pregnant was a vague hope for me since three transfers became unsuccessful. But my doctor and the embryologist Anu mam didn't lose hope. They supported us and helped us to try again. Finally I got pregnant in last June.nnThe story didn't end there. During my 7th week there was a bleeding episode and it was after 11 pm. When I called Simi mam, she took the call after two rings and told me to go to Bharat hospital and she came there as soon as we arrived!!!! It was past midnight. That was her dedication towards her patients. Words won't be enough to express my family's gratitude to her.nnAfter that she suggested me to consult Dr. Reshmi Rajendran of Mitera hospital, to continue my pre natal treatments. We went there. That was one of the best decisions I took in my life. Simi mam had already contacted Reshmi mam and shared all my medical history and they were like two of my sisters who were genuinely concerned about me. Finally..with God's blessing and the selfless efforts of doctors, I delivered a baby girl in January 29.. The happiest moment in my life... (which was nearly impossible without Bliss hospital)nnI should also mention the hospitality of the nursing staff there. They are a great support in every patient's journey.nnThank you Bliss for helping us to bring a life into this world. We will be always greatful..
