Absolutely Pathetic and Disgusting Clinic. They don't respond to calls and WhatsApp messages for Appointment. Had been calling them from 08:30 AM today for an appointment with Dr. Ananya Basu for Anomaly Scan of my wife on 09-06-2025. Sent prescription and previous USG report through WhatsApp. But they are deliberately seeing the WhatsApp messages and ignoring. Not even responding to phone calls. After several calls a lady named Rano picked up the call and started telling blatant lies that she did not see any whatsapp message from my side. Their behaviour over call is extremely pathetic. In short, avoid this Clinic at all cost.nnEdited:nnDone the Anomaly Scan of my Wife at Petals Kankurgachi on 10-06-2025 after Ms.Ishani arranged an urgent appointment. Experience was Very Good. Dr. Ananya Basu is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her for all pregnancy related scans..

I experienced very well. The clinic is neat and clean. All staffs are polite and soft spoken. Dr. Ananya Basu is amazing personality. She is matured and experienced doctor. She has great knowledge of Obs & Gynae. She makes this clinic look like shining star.
