Ordered the lymphatic drainage drops and never received an item cs was very slow when they finally replied asked me what i ordered as if i never emailed them before and i kept asking so far no item no refund abd its been almost a month. They ship from china and not the usa as they said.

I was a little sceptical at first after reading so many negative reviews, but a friend recommended FemPlus to me, and so far I can honestly say I am very happy with my experience.nI have already had a fertility scan, gonorrhoea and chlamydia tests, progesterone and AMH blood tests, and my partner has also done a sperm analysis. My next step is to do my day 2–5 blood tests, and then we will see what the results show.nThe staff have been very kind, polite, and helpful throughout. They always respond nicely, answer any questions, and are very prompt. The midwife who has been looking after me has been especially lovely and supportive.nI think sometimes people expect fertility problems to be solved with just one or two tests, but when it comes to infertility, it is important to be patient and follow all the correct steps. This process takes time, proper investigation, and a lot of patience. It is also not cheap, but unfortunately nothing is cheap nowadays, and this kind of journey cannot be solved overnight.nnFrom my experience so far, I would sincerely recommend FemPlus Clinic!

Very disrespectful setup for someone to provide semen sample. A utility room with a paper bind held up with a dozen bits of masking tapennAfter care even worse, told over the phone "results are fine" was told I needed to pay for phone consultation if I had questions on the results

Today I was nervous for my coil insertion. The procedure was quick and the nurses made it as comforting and reassuring as possible for me. They checked me out all well. As I walked out to my car, I didn’t feel right. I began to feel dizzy so I went back in and the ladies assisted me so kindly. Allowed me a room to lay down on a bed, offered me water and salty crackers and chocolate to make me feel well again. They even took my blood pressure 3 times (it was very low) and didn’t allow me to leave until I was 100%. Offered me hot water bottles and tea too! Honestly they were my guardian angels today and I am so grateful to Julia and Susan for their generosity and for being so sweet to me! Thank you!!

I’ve never written a review before but I felt like I needed to share this.nI visited Femplus around this time last year. Without going into too much detail I had just flew home early from my holidays as I found out I was pregnant (unexpectedly as I was on contraception). As a young woman and pregnant on my first baby - I was extremely nervous and extremely on edge. My mam wasn’t allowed in the appointment with me (I can understand this).. however the nurse I was dealing with couldn’t have been less friendly if she tried. I was crying at the start all through the appointment and never once did she reassure me. I was distraught. This is the one time I really needed a bit of reassurance / friendliness.. however I was met with utter rudeness and spoke to like a child (bear in mind Im 25 years old) .. I’ve never visited any establishment (especially healthcare where workers are trained to have compassion etc) where I was treated so badly. I then had to have a vaginal scan done and the nurse told me to ‘take off all my bottom clothes’ and then inserted the scan without even telling me what it was for. I actually had to stop her and say ‘what is this?’ .. she then proceeded to tell me I was already 13 weeks pregnant - obviously I was very distraught and stressed when hearing this and wasn’t sure of my next steps (hospital etc) she quickly rushed me out of the room, couldn’t get rid of me quick enough.nThankfully my baby is here now and we are both healthy. Bottom line do not visit here if you are looking for any sort of reassuring , comfort or empathy.. if you want to be treated like a number, in and out, and be upset about your experience for months after this is the place for you 👍🏽

Just got out of my appointment with Dr Rita and I feel like this is the first time I experienced such gentle and understanding approach. I felt listened to, understood, Dr Rita straight away had an idea what could be the problem, did a quick test and it confirmed her suspicions. I got a prescription and now feel full of hopes that I finally have an answer! :’).

Was very nervous going for my smear this morning as they’ve always been an unpleasant & painful experience. It was my first smear in the Femplus Surgery & it was the most positive experience & painfree. Nurse Lorraine was the ultimate professional & made me feel completely at ease, she couldn’t have been more gentle & reassuring. Thank you so much..

Felt very misled. Was provided this sheet which states on it what is provided for your fertility consultation. When I rang to book the bloods they stated it would be €100 for the two sets. It states how much it is for the sperm count and to have an ovarian reserve test done but leads people to believe that the other bloods are included. The doctor on the day did not mention an additional cost. When rang they said it states it on their website! Not helpful. It was €200 for an ultrasound and a five minute consult of asking a few questions. Took 15 minutes in total. If you need help and reassurance in your fertility journey I would not recommend this clinic..

I had a very negative experience l with fem plus blanchardstown , I had booked appointment is September and got a slot endo on Nov , I am a doctor myself and on my way from hospital to my long waited appointment I was stuck in traffic and after delays at work for unexpected plans .. called the practice to apologize and inform if the delay and the gynaecologist replied that she can’t see me after 10 if my appointment and need to to reschedule and loose my deposit .. I never seen any practice that takes your deposit if you reschedule !! Response was so rude and when trying to explain that I do work in hospital and delayed was last minute she said “ everyone will have an excuse” .. was very humiliating , rude and greedy only to take the 50 euros ..
