I thought long and hard about whether I would leave this review and I feel it is justified.nThe review is for the women's health check appointment.nThe Doctor being reviewed is Dr. Agnes Toth.nShe was late and left the appointment early.nShe did not listen and I received no resolution to the issues I was presenting with.nWould I recommend this Doctor - no.nI felt that this Doctor would rather have been anywhere else except in the appointment and I did not feel listened to.nThere was no person centred care, no direction given, no questioning and definitely no reflective listening.nI do not recommend this practice.

I worked with Neo Fertility throughout both of my pregnancies, both times I experienced difficulties, I was closely monitored throughout my pregnancies and have two beautiful boys. The team were always so helpful and available to alleviate any worries I had. I genuinely cannot recommend Dr Phil & the team at Neo for their knowledge, care, support and kindness.

I had a baby girl in 2021, I became pregnant very easy and presumed, naively enough, it would just happen again when we tried for our second and we would have a perfect pregnancy.nnWe had three miscarriages over the course of 18 months and we were told there was nothing wrong, don’t stress, just relax. With the thought of a possible fourth miscarriage, we knew we needed some answers and guidance. A friend gave us a recommendation for Neo Fertility and the best decision we ever made was to book that consultation.nnImmediately we felt we were in the right place thanks to the care shown by the team, from reception to doctors to nurses. The consultation was not only informative but gave us hope too. Understand the workings of my cycle really made me feel more confident. We became pregnant in January 2024 but the anxiety of a pregnancy after recurrent loss is very overwhelming, this is where the team came into their own. Weekly bloods and updates helped balance the anxiousness I was feeling constantly. The team were always on hand and responded immediately to any concerns or issues I was having. If it wasn’t for them in the first trimester, I may have lost my mind.nnThe team were on hand right up until week 37 monitoring my hormones, bloods and data. Tweaks to hormones and medications under their watch always had me at ease. Our baby girl was born early October and we feel indebted to the team. Our family is complete now thanks to their care.

After experiencing secondary infertility, we really didn’t think we would have another child.nnWe would recommend Neo Fertility over and over again, they are kind, thorough, committed and really know what they are doing in restorative fertility!nnAnyone who chooses Neo to support them through their fertility journey, really are in the best hands.nnThank you for giving us the gift of life and completing our family.
