My experience with this clinic “IVI” was extremely disappointing in every way. From the first moment, the organization seemed chaotic and unprofessional: the doctors were constantly changing, making it impossible to build a relationship of trust or have a consistent guideline in the treatment. The center turned out to be the most expensive we visited, but without offering a service worthy of the price.nnIn particular, I found the constant insistence on egg donation worrying, as if it were the only viable option, without seriously and individually evaluating our case. The hormonal treatments seemed to only aim to increase the number of oocytes, completely neglecting the most important aspect: quality. This approach ended up forcing us to repeat useless cycles, with further physical, emotional and economic stress.nnOne of the most unacceptable aspects was the behavior of some doctors: one in particular allowed himself to raise his voice, in an already very delicate moment, demonstrating a total lack of empathy and professionalism.nnIn the end, after this negative experience, we chose to turn to other centers, even abroad, where we found truly personalized, human, and above all effective assistance – at costs up to three times lower. We succeeded in Spain, where we finally felt cared for with competence and respect.nnI would not recommend this clinic to anyone: when it comes to assisted reproduction, what is needed is listening, continuity, empathy and transparency – all qualities that, unfortunately, were lacking here..

I waited a long time before writing this review as the pregnancy journey presented some complications.nLet me start by saying that I was against assisted fertilization, partly out of fear and partly out of prejudice, but once we got there all our doubts were resolved thanks to the enormous competence of the team and the impeccable way in which we were looked after.nWe want to thank you for giving us the chance to finally become parents on the first try after several years in which we had lost all hope. A heartfelt thank you in addition to the Bari team, to the Rome team in particular to the very sweet doctor Giulia Mariani who we had the opportunity to meet on 3 occasions, during the pick up, the transfer and a corrective hysteroscopy.nThe doctor is a splendid person on a professional and human level. He gave us so much serenity and so much energy.nOur Flavio was born on April 2nd, we will be forever grateful to her!nThanks also to the excellent midwives of the Rome team who welcomed us gently and always with a smile.nThanks to all the team, you are absolutely IMPECCABLE!nTrust them with peace of mind, you will find a lot of competence and a lot of empathy!.

I highly recommend this clinic. They are organized, efficient, compassionate, and sensitive to individual needs and wishes. I found IVI Roma Casilino after a few disappointing experiences with local GYN doctors. If you've had a difficult fertility journey, go to specialists. In Italy, this one is the best.nnI highly recommend Dr. Giulia Mariani and nurse Francesca. They remained positive and supportive throughout a difficult journey. They were key to maintaining my morale and persistence.
