Unfortunately we cannot recommend this clinic.nMy wife and I came from Calabria with enthusiasm... but we are disappointed not only by the result (2 withdrawals and 4 transfers gone wrong)nBut due to the lack of attention throughout the entire process... superficiality and forgetfulness on everyone's part (only the embryologist Elena was professional and on a human level very close to my wife)nWe spent a lot of money and even though it is a paid clinic... we were not followed according to criteria.nMore than a couple we were a number.nI don't see this whole big family that some write about.nNegative reviews are very important to open the eyes of those in this situation... because money doesn't rain from the sky and we have made a lot of sacrifices.nNow we are in another clinic and it is truly a world apart... they are making us do things we have never done... not to mention the fact that we are always followed only by the same doctor..

My husband and I can only thank the New Fertility Group clinic from the bottom of our hearts for accompanying us on the most important journey of our lives. From day one, we felt welcomed and understood, not just as patients, but as people.nSpecial thanks go to Viola, whose sweetness and availability were fundamental in dispelling all our doubts and responding to all our requests. Having such a kind and knowledgeable point of reference really made the difference.nAnd what about Doctor Buccheri? An exceptional professional, humane, empathetic and always ready to instill courage and hope. He guided us with competence and sensitivity, always making us feel safe and supported.nAll the medical staff were simply wonderful. The sweetness, empathy and sensitivity they have shown are rare and precious qualities, especially when dealing with this climb of emotions like that of the PMA.nThank you very much to the entire clinic for giving us the greatest gift we could wish for. Disappointed by the lack of continuity and personal attention..nI recently had an experience with this clinic and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Every time I went to my appointments, I found a different doctor, which is especially problematic for such sensitive matters. With the significant sum of money spent, I felt more like a number than a patient.nnAlthough I recognize that the professionals do their job well and that the prices are more competitive than other clinics, I missed the personal and human treatment that I would have liked. Continuity in care is fundamental, and unfortunately I didn't find it here. I hope that in the future they can improve this aspect, because the relationship between doctor and patient is crucial..
