I had a Bartholin's abscess last year and visited Medihope Clinic for treatment. I was treated by Dr. Ng Mei Yan, who prescribed antibiotics, and the abscess burst on its own the next morning. Recently, I experienced another Bartholin’s abscess and returned to the same clinic. This time, I was treated by Dr. Tan Yi Jing, who was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She also prescribed antibiotics, and although it took a bit longer for the abscess to burst this time, the care I received was excellent.\n\nThe staff at Medihope Clinic are also very kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone dealing with Bartholin’s abscess or other women’s health concerns. The doctors and staff truly care about their patients and provide great medical support.

Very difficult to make appointment. Staff is not responsive, my process to make appointment via whatsapp took 3 days (from Thursday until today, Saturday) and although I kept on following up, they still did not update me on my appointment time, although it was fixed on Saturday, but with no fixed timing.\n\nNot recommended, waste of time.

Doesn’t give thorough explanation during consultation and expect us to Google the medical terms. When I asked for her experience & advice, she went on and around without a definite answer. For worst, she made some negative points which makes me feel even more worrisome and upset at my current condition. I went to another doc today for a second opinion and found out the doc here over exaggerated my condition. I’m not sure how many docs are practicing in this clinic, but the doc who consulted me is an old short hair lady with spec. Please try to avoid her if u don’t want any confusion during your visit..

Dr was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Both resident and locum Drs paid very clear attention to the issues I was having. I have never looked back since. Great service and highly recommended clinic!.
