I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your hospital.nI had a confirmed appointment at 1:00 PM. However, I waited until 3:00 PM without being seen or attended to. No one informed me that there was no doctor available that day, nor did anyone update me on the delay or the situation. It was only after I actively asked around that I learned there would be no consultation.nnAdditionally, I was prescribed medication without any clear instruction or guidance. No one mentioned that the medication must be refrigerated. As a result, I now cannot leave my home or go on a planned business trip tomorrow, since the medication requires cold storage. Had I been informed of this earlier, I could have made the necessary arrangements or adjusted my plans accordingly.nnI find it extremely disappointing and unacceptable that at a private hospital charging premium fees, such basic communication and patient care standards were not met. I have never experienced such poor service at a private medical facility. It is unclear what gives your institution the confidence to treat patients with such disregard.nnI hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. I expect a formal response and an explanation regarding this experience, as well as what steps will be taken to ensure nonother patient has to go through the same..

It was a big decision and investment to do IVF in a different country and I'm so glad to have chosen Alpha KL! The team is lovely. My doctor is Dr Tan who is very skilled and ever so patient with all my questions and requests. The embryology team is top notch. From doubting if I will ever become a mother, to receiving news that we have healthy embryos to transfer (a big win for me), to learning that the (2nd) transfer has worked, to finally getting to meet our little bundle of joy in August 2024, it was truly a dream come true. Looking at the little one growing up and remembering the long and arduous journey it took to get us here, still brings me to tears every time. Thank you Alpha KL! Couldn't have done it without you.

We have visited Alpha multiple times. The service provided is really good in every aspect.nnThe WhatsApp team responds to your enquiries in a timely manner. The CR team, with their good medical knowledge, ensures that every question is answered with clarity and expertise.nnThe cashiers, especially Julia and a friendly Malay girl (didn't get her name) are always smiling and polite, pleasant.nnAmong the many great aspects of the clinic, Dr. Lam truly stands out as an exceptional specialist. His attention to details in diagnosing and identifying the problem is remarkable. Beyond his expertise, his gentle and reassuring approach makes every visit a positive experience. Dr Lam also answers every question really well, he never fails to provide the necessary explanations to help us understand more.nnAnother standout individual is Kash, the friendly receptionist with excellent service. She is always attentive and proactive to check on waiting customers and follow up on their needs to ensure that customers are not kept waiting too long. You can see the effort she puts in to reduce wait times and provide timely assistance to customers especially when the clinic gets busy. Kash always approaches customers with a sweet smile, really good dedication..
