I recently delivered my baby boy at C-Care Wellkin Clinic, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care I received throughout my stay. A special thank you to Dr. Farah Bolaky — her professionalism, compassion, and calm presence made all the difference in this unforgettable experience.nnThe midwives and entire maternity team were simply amazing — attentive, kind, and supportive every step of the way. From admission to discharge, everything was handled with care, respect, and genuine warmth. I felt safe, heard, and truly looked after.nnThank you to everyone at Wellkin for making this such a positive and beautiful moment for me and my family. I highly recommend the clinic to any expectant mother looking for excellent maternity care.

I really appreciate each and every staff who took care of me. They were all very warm and did not hesitate to help me at any time. Even my doctors who were involved in my surgery were very friendly and did not hesitate in giving any info involved in my surgery and how it will occur. I arrived early morning on Wednesday at emergency and i was immediately admitted for treatment for acute gastroenteritis.I stayed there till midday today and all the staff were very caring and professional.It was the first time that i was staying at a private hospital and i must say that i have not been disappointed at all.nnThe doctors,nursing staff,cleaning staff and administration were so well mannered and always polite(Unfortunately, i do not know most of their names).I was in a private room which was very clean,very cozy and this made me comfortable during my stay.I am incredibly grateful and will definitely recommend people around me to get treated there in the future.nnThanking the whole team who took care of me again!.

Wonderful VBAC experience at C-Care Wellkin! The staff on the maternity ward were extremely professional, friendly and supportive. Special thanks to nurse midwives Mehzabeen and Robina and my OB Dr Oodit for facilitating a smooth delivery. Housekeeping and food were excellent. And a quick and easy admission and insurance payment process from the finance department. Only thing is the discharge process could have been a bit quicker (took several hours for us) but understand there are many pieces to it that have to come together before discharge can happen. Overall a wonderful experience, thank you Wellkin!.

Fortunately, I haven't had the chance to live an inpatient experience lately. But as an outpatient or even a visitor, it is appaling to see the state of things.n1) A newly relocated pharmacy with at least 12 customers waiting to be served at 6pm on a Friday evening even though 4 of the 6 counters are operating. The question is whether the new pharmacy was designed to handle the footfall during peak times or just to increase the number of counters from 3 to 6. There's a ticketing system. So I am sure they can see what the waiting time looks like during peak hours.n2) Empty TV wall brackets in the main hall.n3) The cafétéria is a total rip-off! The cheapest snack I could get my daughter was a chicken pie for Rs. 90! Everything else is priced for people with a 6 digit salary with no credit commitments. Bottomline, the cafétéria is INACCESSIBLE and UNAFFORDABLE for the middle class commoner.
