Today, after my first visit, I can say I was right to have faith in Ingenes. I felt heard, respected, and most importantly, informed. They took their time to explain every possibility and answered every question with patience and compassion. For the first time in years, I walked out of a medical building with a full heart and not just empty hands.\n\nI don’t know how this journey will end, but I know I’m not walking it alone anymore. I’m excited, deeply grateful, and proud of myself for taking this step. Because fatherhood doesn’t come with a set age... but it does begin with a genuine desire. And mine is more alive than ever.

Where do I even begin? I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel obligated to share our experience—because I wish someone had warned us before we made the decision to move forward with Ingenes Tijuana.\n\nWe genuinely tried to like this place despite all the setbacks and disappointments all the time. There were so many red flags along the way that we ignored, and it’s something I deeply regret now.\n\nFrom the start, there was zero follow-up and absolutely no support throughout the process. You are assigned to a single doctor, and that’s the only person you can contact—no nurses, no coordinators, no one else to help. When I had urgent questions about medications, I tried every possible channel: calling all available numbers in Mexico, messaging on Facebook and Instagram, even contacting their Orange County office begging them to reach him. Sometimes it would take days—or even weeks—to get a reply, if I got one at all.\n\nMore than once, we were forced to make medication decisions on our own using the internet because he wouldn’t respond in time. When they did respond, it was usually after 11 PM—so you’d get answers anytime between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM.\n\nThere was no accountability, no communication, and no compassion. No phone calls—just cold, impersonal text messages regardless of your outcome. Not even a courtesy call to explain what happened or what could be done differently.\n\nThe whole experience was emotionally draining, physically taxing, and deeply disappointing. IVF is a delicate and vulnerable journey—and this clinic treated it like a conveyor belt.\n\nOn top of that, medical passes weren’t always available, so be prepared to wait 4 hours at the border for each appointment.\n\nPlease, don’t be fooled by the lower cost. What you’re actually paying for is neglect, frustration, and poor medical care. We regret every part of this experience and would never recommend Ingenes Tijuana to anyone. They wasted our time, our resources, and put us through emotional hell for nothing.\n\nSave yourself the heartache. Go somewhere that respects your time, your health, and your hopes..

I wanna start off by saying Dra. Aura Gómez was truly our angel sent from above, we had the most wonderful experience with her and with the entire Ingenes staff, we felt listened to and cared for throughout our entire IVF journey.\n\nMy wife and I came here to do IVF and Dra. Aura successfully retrieved both of our eggs on our first round and managed to freeze extra ones as well, we transferred two fresh embryos and both stuck! She made us feel confident and comfortable the entire time. Our babies will now be born in about a month and a half thanks to her and Ingenes. Absolutely would recommend them and we can’t wait to be back for any future pregnancy!.

Aura Gómez was truly our angel sent from above, we had the most wonderful experience with her and with the entire Ingenes staff, we felt listened to and cared for throughout our entire IVF journey.\n\nMy wife and I came here to do IVF and Dra. Fui a una clinica a Tijuana hacerme un invitro porque mi esposo no tenia bebe me cobro 15 mil El doctor y no resulto queria cobrarne lo MISMO para El Segundo intento entonces decidi buscar Otra clinica y encontre ingenes desde que llegue ahi me Dio Mucha seguridad El tratamiento me costo mucho Menos todos fueron muy profecionales y hoy a mis 52 años Tengo una Hermosa niña con mi esposo.
