Review of The Fertility Center from Ashley Davis
I had nothing but a perfect experience at the fertility center. The entire staff is very friendly and they always answer any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Velez is an amazing doctor and it shows he knows what he is doing. He cares about his patients and is available for questions even on the weekends. Thanks to the amazing team at that clinic I am currently pregnant after not being able to get pregnant for 12 years! I would 100% recommend The Fertility Center by IMI to anyone looking to start a family..

I've had excellent experiences at the Fertility Center in Tijuana, and I want to especially thank three amazing people: Denisse, Sofia, and Dr. Aldo Loza.\n\nFirst off, I've looked at many fertility clinics which have hidden fees or a reputation for pressuring clients. Here is why I chose the Fertility Center: This clinic did not try to pressure me. The prices that they quoted me were the prices that I paid. There were no hidden fees, no surprises. What they tell you upfront is what they do. They gave me realistic predictions on the outcomes of the egg retrieval and my chances of having a child. The staff answered all of my questions promptly, the appointments were easy to schedule and on time, and the facility was excellent.\n\nI want to acknowledge three people I worked with the most:\n\nFrom the very beginning, Denisse, the receptionist, made everything easy and welcoming. She was kind, organized, and always greeted me by name with a smile. She made checking in and out easy, and she helped arrange shuttle rides for me when needed.\n\nSofia is the staff member who reached out to me initially, and she promptly answered all of my questions as they came up. I had a lot of questions and 'what if' scenarios, and she patiently answered all of them. She stayed in touch with me consistently and even let me know when she would be out of the office and who I should talk to in her absence. Her support made the entire process much less stressful, especially since I was traveling alone from out of town.\n\nDr. Aldo Loza was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Because I had to travel to see him, he made an effort to work with my schedule. After the egg retrieval procedure to freeze my eggs, he personally checked in to see how I was feeling. When I began the injections two weeks earlier, he even gave me his WhatsApp number in case I had any questions or concerns about medications, injections, or recovery. His level of care and attention made me feel genuinely cared about.\n\nThank you to all three of you for making this process feel safe, respectful, and human. I highly recommend the Fertility Center to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care..

Review of The Fertility Center from Motiur Rahman
Dr. Velez is a fantastic doctor! Well versed, polite, scientific, and most importantly, does not give a sales speech on what to expect. A God loving person who helps you to manage expectation but explains things on an easy to understand manner. He’s accessible over phone and even advised us when on a trip to Europe. The office team, all of them, including Denisse, Cynthia, and the nurses are very professional and bonafide! We were blessed with a child by the God’s grace and medical assistance from Dr. Velez and his team! Wish them all the success!.
