Hector Carrillo was our doctor and we were very happy with our decision. We were successful within our first try and here we are 18 months later with our bundle of joy and miracle. Our experience from start to finish was very good. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have English speaking doctors which was helpful. From the start everything was very professional, starting with a video chat meeting to understand our motivation and if IVF was an option for us. After that call, I felt anything would be possible and it really was. Hector was always available by text when ever we had questions and always made us feel very comfortable. The price we paid was very well worth every penny. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to start a family!

After a failed round of IVF in Canada and alot of research my husband and I decided to try again with Dra Sharon Romero. From day one I felt super comfortable with her. The care and communication was outstanding and it was by far a more postive experience than I had compared to the clinic back in Canada. I felt like they actually cared and I wasn't just another number. Even though we only speak english it wasn't a problem at all. Our first embryo transfer with Ingenes was successful and we now have a healthy 6 week old baby boy that was born back in Canada. Dra Sharon Romero checked in throughout the entire pregnancy and was always available if I had any questions. I was nervous to go outside of Canada to do this treatment but Im so thankful I did. If we decide to try to add another addition to our family we will be going back to Dra Romero 100%.
