My biggest dream came true thanks to Dr. Saúl and my Biofertility family. I like to call them that because I will always have all their members in my heart: Enry, Mayra, Alejandro, Gaby and of course Dr. Saúl.nBefore arriving at Biofertility, I went through two other “famous” clinics where they only saw me as just another number and never treated me with the warmth and affection that I did receive at Biofertility, so important in this very complicated and exhausting process. Eternally grateful because they helped this little family be complete..

Dr. Saul and his medical team are phenomenal - from the beginning we had excellent communication and they answered every question we had about the process. We came to Guadalajara and Biofertility Center because we have had very uncomfortable experiences with fertility clinics in the US ... i was feeling like a "number" not like anyone cared for what we were going through and as you know this is a very emotional and personal journey. from the first moment i called the center i felt a relief and as if someone actually cared about my story and what i wanted. Karem was so great on the phone, answering every dumb question i had, approaching the doctor to look at my labs within the first moments of our conversation. within 3 days i had notes from the doctor regarding past labs, we had a course of procedure and had booked a flight to Mexico. once we were there we had nothing but positive experience with all the staff ... including the Doctor who was very clear about procedures and percentages. we have not completed our procedures and probably will not be able to for a couple of months, but so far, this is 100% better feeling that we have had in the U.S. and Guadalajara is a great city ... so you get that as a bonus! we will update this review as we go.... UPDATE - our first visit to the center was in Feb 2018 ... we came a total of 3 times each experience better than the one before ... on the 3rd visit, in May, we had our ivf procedure ... it's now Aug 8th and we are 14 weeks preggy with a baby girl!! The staff, doctor and clinic are all phenomenal the experience was positive and enthusiastic the price was a third of the US and we got 3 amazing romantic weekends in the beautiful city of Guadalajara as a bonus! Can not recommend this more!!
