Review of LIV Fertility Center from Brooke Lilley
We are very great full to have found LIV. With no insurance, IVF in Oregon, USA was going to cost a fortune. We did end up needing to do multiple egg retrievals. The entire process from retrieval to FET took longer and cost more than we had hoped, but that is IVF in a nutshell shell. I don’t see either of those being LIV’s fault. Communication can sometimes be hot/cold, but I strongly believe that advocating and being consistent on your end is extremely important. We now have an almost 2 year old boy and will forever be great full for the staff at LIV. Hoping to do another transfer this year..

My partner found Liv and it’s been an answer to our prayers. All staff members are kind and friendly and genuinely want to help families achieve their dream of starting or extending their families, and it shows in how gentle couples are treated. The doctors are very knowledgeable and tailor treatment plans for each individual. Choosing LIV Fertility Center in Mexico was the best decision we ever made on our fertility journey. From the moment we walked through their doors, LIV welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. The entire team—doctors, nurses, coordinators—were compassionate, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained every step of the IVF process with clarity and kindness, and never once did we feel rushed or unheard.\n\nWhat truly set them apart was their belief in our chances. As an LGBT couple starting our fertility journey later in life (I'm 38), other US clinics focused on limitations, but LIV focused on possibility. They never treated us like our age or identity were barriers. Instead, they created a personalized, thoughtful plan and walked us through every step with patience and care. The entire experience felt like we were finally in the right hands.\n\nThanks to LIV, we are now expecting :) We are forever grateful. I wish that we could have gotten this level of care in the US. If you're considering fertility treatment abroad, don’t hesitate- LIV is the gold standard. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!

The LIV Fertility team was a dream to work with. They are caring, compassionate and dedicated! Everyone I came into contact with was professional yet, also, personable. They were always quick to answer my questions and did their very best to allay any fears I had. We made 3 separate trips from Canada to Mexico and they helped make our dreams come true. They have a very professional team if complications do arise. I experienced OHSS after egg retrieval, and even after getting home they kept in contact and made sure I was doing well. Now that I’m pregnant, they still go above and beyond and answer any questions or concerns that we have. We would recommend LIV to anyone looking for a good clinic and great location!.

I can’t say enough good things about LIV, if you are hesitant don’t be. The facility is extremely nice and I was treated with more care than I ever have been in the US. We came from Ohio and it was our first time in Mexico and the area is extremely safe and everyone is so welcoming. I will recommend LIV fertility clinic to everyone. The price you can’t beat and the quality of care was amazing!! Thank you so much LIV fertility clinic!!

They just want your money
These people are awful and all they want is your money. That first, you with all the love and compassion in the world but they really don’t give you clear answers to anything until you pay them. I simply asked for a list of tests and timeline and I couldn’t even get that until I give them the deposit with an hour of realizing that this is going to be out of my budget I asked for my deposit back I was denied. This is the most disgusting inhumane experience I’ve ever had in my life.
