But once we really got to know the whole team and Ernesto we knew we were in good hands. There are a lot of nefarious agencies throughout the world. We are very grateful to the team at Egg Donors Miracle for their support and expertise in obtaining Mexican birth certificates for our twins born via surrogacy in Cancun, Quintana Roo. In Mexico, the legal process lists the surrogate mother on the birth certificate, not the IP mother, which was a significant concern for us. We wanted both our names on our children’s birth certificates, to avoid the need for constant explanations about parentage throughout their lives. Despite efforts to get information from Canadian and Mexican lawyers and officials, we found ourselves with no answers or solutions. We feel very lucky to have found this agency to help us becoming parents. Ernesto and Jaime are trustworthy people who have always been very responsive and professional, they always respond to our request in a timely manner, including at night and at weekends! We can feel that they sincerely care about the donors and the mothers! On top of the agent-client relationship, they also make us feel like friends.
