New Life Mexico is amazing and we highly recommend this agency. New Life helped us make our dream a reality. Three weeks ago we welcomed into this world a beautiful\nDaughter.\nAlejandra, our first coordinator, was always available and always so attentive with our many questions. Melissa, our second coordinator, was always so professional and maintained us well informed as to the evolution of our pregnancy. She was always so kind and positive every step of the way. We are simply so grateful to the entire New Life team. We have only positive comments about New Life Mexico- simply the best!

I want to express our deepest gratitude towards New Life: Ale, Melissa and the whole team. We originally came to Mexico to see multiple clinics - we stopped after the first, New Life, because of the immediate trust we felt with Alejandra and the team. We weren’t wrong: yesterday our daughter was delivered.\n\nSurrogacy is extremely complex - and there can be heartbreak along the way. There was with us. But we ultimately felt so grateful to have chosen New Life to work for their empathy, compassion and the quality of the service they provided each step of the way. This was reaffirmed when we met with the doctors pre-IVF, after our first miscarriage with Alejandra, with Melissa, who managed our pregnancy to delivery, and with our surrogate and her family, for whom we are so indebted. So grateful. Thank you New Life!

Review of New Life Mexico from Bailey Blight
My husband and I have recently welcomed our daughter via surrogacy with New Life in Mexico.\n\nLiving in Western Australia, surrogacy is almost impossible for same sex couples to achieve “at home”. Our journey started in 2022 when we began researching international surrogacy (after thorough research in Aus). Narrowing agencies down to 2 in Cancun and 2 in the US. We began doing Instagram searches on the agencies and found that a couple in Australia had a successful pregnancy and shared their journey on instagram with New Life Mexico. After many discussions with them. We reached out to New Life.\n\nFrom our very first interaction (which was with Sophie in Ukraine!) it was professional, timely and very informative. We arranged to go to Cancun to commence the process, our medical coordinator Alex was nothing short of amazing. She was able to coordinate appointments with the clinic during our short stay in Cancun and would answer any and all questions we had. She would explain every single step and process that was taking place.\n\nOnce a surrogate was allocated to us and we received a positive pregnancy test we were handed over to the AMAZING Bozana, our pregnancy care coordinator. Although we were sad to say goodbye to Alex, who set the bar high in terms of professionalism, timely communication and level of knowledge. Bozana set the bar even higher! Bozana is understanding, easy to get along with, open, honest, to the point and of course, a VERY hard worker. Bozana provided every update possible throughout our whole pregnancy and took the time to get to know us on a personal level, asking about our interests, occupation, photos of the city we live in, photos of our family. Bozana was the calming voice of reason and knew exactly what to say to relax us. When we finally met Bozana and our beautiful surrogate Rose in person the week before our baby was born. It was like we already knew the both of them! Bozana truely cares about her intended parents and surrogates. She is a true asset to New Life.\n\nPost birth of our baby almost 2 weeks ago. Bozana continues her exceptional service by checking in, following up documents and liaising with our lawyers. Review of New Life Mexico from Mat Donoghue
After a failed 14 year journey in Australia to have a child through surrogacy we took a chance and went through Newlife in Mexico to fulfill our dream. From start to finish the experience has been amazing from our initial co ordinator Valeria to our pregnancy co ordinator Melissa, the process has been faultless. The communication was fantastic through out and we were kept up to date at every stage and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. You guessed it, we fell pregnant on our 1st attempt through the guaranteed program. We now have our beautiful baby girl Elkie and are just about to head home after 6 weeks here in Mexico City. We were especially impressed with the hospital and the staff and Drs at Polanco and the facilities for our surrogate mother and her care was great which was so important to us.\nThankyou Newlife for a wonderful experience and for helping us achieve our dream, we hope to see you again soon and have already signed onto the sibling program for baby number 2 and a friend for our little Elkie. 😍
