Disgusting service, what they are interested in is getting money from you, they give you tests and they don't give you explanations of anything or possible solutions or paths you can take, for all the publicity they give it, it is a disgusting establishment, Ingenes is 1000 times better than this place, mediocre service and lack of professionalism. 1 star and because I cannot give less, I do not recommend this place at all.

Absolute waste of money and time. Not only did we verbally agree with the doctor for only one embryo to be transferred, he never gave us our copy of the consent form. He had written down two, instead! Keep in mind myself, my husband was present when this was agreed-upon. Long story short, I asked for my documents/records to be emailed to me, now that I’m seeing another doctor more closer and more local to me. I called his office, the staff refused to send me my documents and advised me that I had to speak to the doctor for my medical records to be released to me. Of course I complied, so I messaged him through the app called WhatsApp, as I was advised to. His response, “of course I’ll email you your records “. He never did. Do not go to Mexicali avoid Dr Mendoza! If you delete this, I will report you.

Review of Dr Ciguena Fertility Clinic from Genny Rios
The worst experience of my life, I was raised in the beautiful city of Mexicali I wasn't just a tourist. I was thrilled to start my new journey with this company. I had Dr Bernal she was amazing, she soon stopped working there. Then I had Dr. Carlos which let me tell you no one in this clinic has any sympathy for what you are going through. They are rude cold hearted and clearly in it, for the money. I had been going there for over a yr. I had been promised different things each time. Then my Dr calls in sick and I get Dr Estrada wow! Let me tell you how rude this person was. I kept telling him that I was promised something and he said that I was lying and that I was incorrect. He was very unprofessional. We are already dealing with a lot emotionally and physically. It's not easy specially when you have someone so cold about the whole thing. If you are here to save money like I was. Trust me it's best to pay else where. Not worth it.
