1 star is too much, but unfortunately Google doesn't have an option to give negative number of stars. Find another clinic if you have infertility problems. Nobody took us serious for a year, and only after a year so called treatment started, without doing any hormon, immune system and uterus response tests, therefore of course ended up with months long suffering and disappointment after disappointment. While going through OHSS with 5 liter fluid in the belly, emergency line response was "do not keep this line busy", clearly nobody knew and cared if a patient died at home.
