Ridiculous how they treat people there. You're just a number, don't listen to you. And they don't want to help you at all. There is no empathy at all and they are very blunt and short. Now to another clinic and they are willing to try to help. I don't recommend anyone to go here..

After the loss (premature birth) of our twins, we wanted to start a new process, they simply told us that we should try it ourselves first, how can someone who works at a fertility clinic get something like that out of his/her throat.....!
Go to another fertility clinic! We did that too and our experience there is now incredibly good!.
Been there for 1.5 years now and have only had great experiences. All sweet and nice people. They take the time for you and they don't think any question is strange.
Did 1 round of IVF there. Very bad experience. They are very much stuck in their own protocol. Not listening at all to me / us already patient with our experiences.

Would advise everyone NOT to go there..
Skill is poor . After shift to another hospital, I get good result by first time. They do not want to hear any request by patient , only follow their protocol. And they stop treatment because of their short staff. Totally no hosipitality at all.
