Very racist process.nAppeal to be welcoming at first,then as an Asian donor they try to prevent me from donating to white recipients.Later made up excuses such as refusing to complete forms..nAll the complaints above from other patients and/or donors should be passed to Human Right Commission and if necessary take legal action against such terrible system.

Our experience with FA clinic was extremely disappointing. The level of organization and professionalism was far below expectations. While there seems to be an air of prestige around your practice, the reality did not match .nnAdditionally, there was a clear lack of cultural sensitivity.nDr. Olivia’s sudden unavailability the day before surgery forced us into a situation where a male doctor had to perform the procedure, which we had not agreed to, especially after already making full payment.nnWe also encountered concerning medical mistakes, including incorrect medication dosages. After my wife developed a serious heart issue from the IVF medication, we were advised by Auckland City Hospital to stop injections. Despite this, a nurse at your facility insisted on continuing until I pressed for a consultation with Dr. Olivia, who finally approved a delay. This raises serious concerns about patient safety and the level of training of your staff, especially given the significant private costs patients are paying.nnThe financial and emotional toll was substantial — nearly $25,000 spent with very little care or accountability in return.nnI also felt there were undertones of discrimination and a dismissive attitude from some staff membersnIf your clinic cannot properly manage more complex cases, it would be more ethical not to take them on. Patients seek professional, compassionate care — not a rushed, careless experience.nnVery disappointed. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements, both for the sake of future patients and the integrity of your practice..

My husband and I were recommended to see Dr Sunil Pillay after a poor response to our first round of IVF, alongside gynae symptoms that were causing me to feel increasingly uncomfortable. As soon as we met Sunil he made us feel very comfortable, reassured and most importantly listened to. He was so genuine, kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic, acknowledging the very hard journey we had been on so far. Soon after, Sunil performed 2 gynae surgeries on me, and throughout this process he was consistently caring and supportive making myself and my husband feel so well looked after. To our surprise, I became pregnant naturally the month after my second surgery performed by Sunil. He consistently upholds the highest standards in his care and goes above and beyond for his patients whilst always remaining personable, reassuring, supportive and caring. Our parents have said they could not have wished for a better specialist than Sunil to care for their children, watching us go through such a difficult journey. We could not be more thankful for Sunil or recommend him enough to anyone going through the very difficult journey of infertility. He is truly outstanding. We are forever grateful to him for making our dream of becoming parents come true. We would also like to say a special thank you to Anu, PA to Sunil who was consistently extremely helpful with booking our appointments and following up with any additional queries we had..

The care we received by Dr Sunil Pillay and the team at Fertility Associates Auckland has been exceptional. From the very first time we met with Dr Sunil Pillay we were put so at ease by him, he is so friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and approachable and we felt so well cared for by him. Dr Sunil quickly identified the severity of my endometriosis (Grade 4) and also diagnosed my adenomyosis. He completed a complex surgery for the excision of my endometriosis and his care pre and post op was above and beyond what I expected. I felt so safe and supported by him, and had an amazing recovery post op. He also guided us through our IVF journey, always keeping us well informed and feeling so supported through our decision making. We never felt like “just another number”, we always felt like Dr Sunil and his team were genuinely invested in our journey and wanted the best for us. The reception/administration staff, nurses, ultrasound staff and embryologists we met along our journey were all so friendly, warm and genuine in their care and interactions with us also.nWe truly feel Dr Sunil’s diligent care and expertise in supporting us through surgery, down regulation and IVF played a massive role in us having success with our first embryo transfer and we could not be more grateful. The journey started off really well. The communication and care was top notch. Dr. Olivia Stuart advised us not to do the guaranteed money-back package as my wife was young 30 and there wouldn't be an issue conceiving, Two failed transfers, $30k of private funding and we feel like this is just a big money scam..
