If I could give zero stars, I would. I just called Emobile to inquire about their fertility program, and the male staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude and lacking in empathy. When I explained I was calling from outside Nigeria and had been referred by an agency they partner with, his tone was dismissive. He even sarcastically congratulated me for calling from abroad and questioned why I was contacting them, asking if I was doubting the agency. When I mentioned he was being rude, he responded that I am the one who called me. When I asked for his name due to his unprofessional behavior, he curtly refused, saying why do I want to know his name, and hung up on me. This is unacceptable customer service for anyone, especially for a fertility program where compassion should be paramount. I have not had the opportunity to work with E-mobile but if this is the manner of treatment I get on a first time, I would never near this hospital. Care and compassion lacks and it is part of the process in any medical journey.

Professionalism, topnotch customer service and result oriented hospital, they always strive to get result.nnI can boldly recommend them based on my first hand experience which is made them to be one of the best if not the best in Nigeria. I was sceptical when I first came to EMobile specialist hospital, but after I had a consultation with Dr Thadues I was reassured. EMobile respects people time, they are very professional. The nurses and doctors are very kind and they respect people's privacy. Their hospital environment is clean. I was very satisfied with their services and highly recommend.

Dr Ugwueke and his team are God sent! They deliver top notch hospitality and professionalism from entry to exit.nThe first day I went to Dr Ugwueke's office for evaluation I was emotional, but that was the last time I felt that way because he encouraged and helped me see things differently. I had the best myomectomy (a massive one) and the experience still feels surreal.nTo the staff, the Nurses and Doctors, thank you and keep up the good work.nI would recommend this hospital to everyone because they are the best in what they do..
