I had worst experience in this hospital I done the procedure of icsi in their hospital my icsi was failed due to their carelessness their doctor gazala Bashir is Very careless she doesn't have any experience and their hospital and lab results is zero there is nothing in their in their laboratory they just dig money form people for the god sake don't go there.

we have encountered several issues during our last two visits that need serious attention:nnCleanliness: The hygiene standards seem compromised. The environment at times resembles that of a government hospital, which is not expected from a private healthcare facility.nnReception Staff Behavior: The attitude of the reception staff is unwelcoming and unprofessional. Their tone and conduct reminded us more of a police station than a healthcare institution.nnNursing Practices: It was observed that some nurses were wearing nail polish and conducting lab-related procedures without gloves. This is against international hygiene and safety protocols and raises concerns about infection control.nnVentilation Issues: The hospital’s building, especially on the first floor, suffers from extremely poor ventilation, making it uncomfortable for patients and visitors.nnDust and Cleanliness in Rooms: Dust and debris, especially in the corners of patient rooms, are noticeable and give an impression of neglect in routine cleaning.nnSupport Staff Conduct: The support staff seems more engaged in their mobile phones and social media than in attending to patients. Repeated requests are sometimes met with rude and dismissive responses.nnWe hope the hospital administration will take these issues seriously and work on improving the overall environment and service quality.nWill not recommend for this facility regardless of Doctors capabilitiesnnOverall, we are satisfied with the professional behavior and expertise of Dr. Ghazala and Dr. Mamona. Their conduct with patients is commendable, and we truly appreciate the care they provide..

Unfortunately! I had a very bad experience recently. The finance staff compelled me to pay all the money in advance and did not guided me properly which has led to a poor result. Imagine how painful it is to loose 1.3 million pkr. Staff is after only after money. Is the money more valuable than fixing someone’s issue despite paying heavy fees ?
