This is the worst place to get treated. The doctor in charge Chrostowski is like a robot, emotionless, zero empathy for his patients and doesn't explain much. You have to drag the answers from him which is tiring. The reception women are unpleasant and not professional at all.\nArtvgimed can put whatever in the answer to this review but believe me when some reviews say ''great treatment in this clinic by Chrostowski'' they are wrong and probably never been treated well by a doctor.

My experience with dr Chrostowski and the staff was not as good as expected. While I got a good diagnosis on what was potentially causing my infertility-hydrosalpinx- the rest felt like an afterthought. The dr even forgot to let the lab know that I was recommended surgery and that we would not proceed with the fresh embryo transfer. When we called the lab a few days after the transfer they were surprised to hear about the hold up and managed to freeze one embryo. The dr gives the impression of caring at first but he throws in judging comments sometimes and does not seem to have enough patience. I would have loved to receive some more pro active recommendations like freezing your eggs etc. I am now after the surgery, 2 years after, and have decided to engage the Prague Fertility Center for an IVF cycle that was successful despite what I was told in Krakow Artvimes… that I would not be able to produce more quality eggs. We had two mature good eggs fertilized and we are now after the fresh transfer. The Prague Fertility Center has such a nice staff, doctors and English speaking coordinators that are there for you at every step during this emotionally draining process. I highly recommend it for people looking for alternative professionals.

I think Artvimed is a very good clinic, at least at the same quality level as clinics from Europe and North America. We were treated very well here. My wife and I are not residing in Poland but we came to Poland just to do an IVF treatment. Agnieszka Mroczek kept in touch with us and made us feel comfortable to come to Krakow at Artvimed - thank you! Dr. Chrostowski was our doctor, and his medical expertise is wonderful. I would recommend to other people from outside of Poland to come here, the clinic is very well equipped and the people are very knowledgeable and professional. Moreover, the Artvimed's prices are clearly stated on its website so you should not have any surprises. Artvimed, thank you again!
