5 hours of travel for nothing, time and money wasted. They made me go to no avail, just to charge me because the Dr. didn't even look at me. Horrible experience..
Klinika Bocian Gdansk
We had a very disappointing experience with this clinic’s customer service. We had stored sperm samples and requested to terminate them after receiving an invoice for another year’s storage. Despite contacting the clinic promptly, we received no response until three months after their stated grace period had ended. They then charged us for a full year’s storage. The termination process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring a physical letter, a phone call, and payment of the outstanding fee. Overall, the process felt poorly managed and unreasonably difficult.

I highly recommend the Bocian Clinic. The doctors take a professional, individualized approach to each case. I especially recommend Dr. Jasińska. The atmosphere at the clinic, created by the nurses and midwives, is invaluable. Their empathy and gentleness with patients are the hallmarks of this place. I highly recommend it!

I recommend the clinic with all my heart and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I consider myself a hopeless case. When we stood in front of the clinic door, it was the last resort, because going there I no longer had any hope that I would one day be a mother. A dozen or so years of struggle, from doctor to doctor, until we finally succeeded in the Bocian Clinic, our daughter will be with us soon, it's still hard to believe. Doctor Bartosz Pietrzycki, competence and a haven of peace. Doctor, you are our hero, I admire you, it's so good that you are here. The women at the reception were very nice, polite and helpful. I have no objections, I respect the entire crew, you are great, I bow low, thank you and greetings..

Good day! My review of the administrators of the main office of the Bocia clinic in Bialystok.\nThe girls don't do their job! Оne of them, Maya Sadowska, behaves arrogantly, rudely and hanging up. Administrators don't answer a specific phone number if they don't want to talk, and then make a short call for about 1 second to create the impression that they called back, but the client didn't answer.\nNot everyone introduces themselves and doesn't tell the contact details of the main manager for the complaint. The translator calls back after 2 days or doesn't call back at all. If l manage to have a conversation, they say that they are trying to contact a certain department you need in a certain city but nobody reply there. They don't want to tell the phone number of individual departments (I was interested in the clinic Bocia in Katowice). After that, they don't answer your phone number.\nIt's not possible to make an appointment at Bocia clinic through the main office, considering that you are a client of the clinic. This is a strange situation since Bocia is a private clinic. I didn't call the girl's home, so they didn'twant to reply.\nI think, at the workplace they should be doing work for which they are paid a salary, this is not a place for entertainment.\n\nMy story!\nI had some business in Katowice and decided to use the services of the Bocia clinic and made an appointment for certain procedures with the help of a friend who speaks Polish. After the examination, the doctor prescribed certain medications and arranged the next appointment on the 6th/7th/8th day of my period, which is the main one for the subsequent procedure.\nThe following month, on the first day of my period onTuesday 4th February, I called the main office of the Bocia clinic to book a day for a further procedure that I had discussed with the doctor earlier (the phone numbers of all the clinic branches listed on the website are answered by the main office. It's impossible to call specific branches)\nI was told that the translator would call the next day. No one called back. Realizing that I didn't have much time, I tried to call the main office again, it was already Wednesday, February 5th. No one answered, I tried different contacts of all departments. As soon as I ended the call, they sent me a short call for about 1 second to create the impression that I had been called back, but I didn't answer. We played like that several times.\nTowards evening, they finally answered and again said that the translator would call the next day. The next day, I didn't receive a call, it was Thursday, February 6th. On Friday, February 7th, I called the main office again. The administrator allegedly tried to contact the Katowice branch, but no one answered her during the day, but it was not true. She submitted my application and said to expect a call.\nOn Saturday, February 8th, I tried to call them again all morning, but no one answered. I asked my friend to call the main office again from a different number and they answered. After a short unpleasant conversation with my friend, the administrator called me back. After listening to me, she said that she would try to contact the branch in Katowice and solve everything.\nAround 2 PM I called them again, as the main office is open until 3 PM on Saturdays, but no one answered. My friend called them again from her number, the administrator answered and said that they could not accept me on Monday/Tuesday on the 7/8 days of my period as my doctor had told me, because I had not called in advance to make an appointment. As a result, I missed a scheduled procedure in Katowice.\n\nI appeal to the management of the Bicia clinic! Take appropriate measures against the administrators of the main office of your clinic. Thank you.\n\nIvana

Review of Klinika Bocian Bialystok from Joanna
After over 3 years of treatment at the Bocian Clinic with Dr. Pietrzycki, we were lucky. Each visit to the Doctor ended with great optimism and waiting for our miracle. Dr. Pietrzycki was always positive and gave us hope, he didn't let us think otherwise. He is certainly a doctor by vocation, but also a person who has a great approach to his patients. We also manage pregnancies with Dr. Pietrzycki and we leave the visit informed and satisfied on every topic. Thank you Doctor!\nThanks also to the very nice nurses and ladies at the registration desk. Best regards :)
