Good morning! I am unpleasantly surprised by the rude behavior and attitude of the clinic's customer service center, and specifically Mrs. Maja Sadowska. After numerous attempts to schedule a consultation appointment on a specific day of my cycle, I was unsuccessful. When she heard that I spoke with an accent, the lady shouted at me on the phone that she didn't understand me and hung up on me. I was surprised by this treatment, especially since the conversations were recorded. Does anyone listen to these conversations later? Regards..

I do not recommend. From the very beginning, the clinic charged people PLN 800 (PLN 300 for consultation, PLN 500 for semen and blood tests), even though they assured that if we were unable to have children, we would immediately qualify for the in vitro program and would not incur any costs, but if it turned out that we were capable of having children, we would have to pay a fee. In fact, it turned out that we had to pay PLN 500 before the tests were carried out, and even though we gave up on them, they are now calling for PLN 300 and threatening debt collection, stay away from SCAMMERS.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Bocian clinic and Dr. Laryse to all couples. The doctor restored our faith in getting pregnant using the in vitro method. The entire procedure went very smoothly and under great care. My husband and I would like to thank you very much and we are waiting for our baby in December.❤️.

Hello and welcome. I don't recommend this place because I didn't get anything by going there for a specific purpose. They look down on you. They don't try to find the problem through diagnosis. They get straight to the point after basic research. Whenever I asked about having tests done or being referred elsewhere, I heard "I don't know" from the doctor. This was not professional behavior. When I asked about the price of the procedure, the doctor asked at the reception because she didn't know anything. At the reception I couldn't get anything from the information either.\nI had quite negative experiences with this clinic..

I am not satisfied with my visit to Dr. Mniszek. She approached me very dryly and casually. During the visit, I found out that I had no chance of getting pregnant, that my case was terrible and only in vitro could help and quickly. After the visit, I left crying. Now I am 9 months pregnant, I am whole and healthy, and we had no major problems with getting pregnant after using appropriate treatment and a healthy approach. And not immediately in vitro. Just to get money from a person and the fact that such a visit causes so many unpleasant emotions is not important. One of my worst visits to the gynecologist, and I've been to not one, but five doctors. I was always treated more humanly, somehow empathetically. I have bad memories.
