They are very unprofessional.\n\nAfter being on a waiting list for more than three months to be treated by a specific doctor, because I have already seen many doctors in different centers, and I needed the opinion of this particular specialist; When I leave the office and see the papers that the doctor who had treated me gave me, I realize that the signature is not from the doctor with whom I had requested the appointment. I had made the telephone appointment since August and no one at any time notified me of this change, since from the first moment I clearly stated who I wanted the appointment with.\nWhen I leave the office and notify the person at the counter of such a mistake, they do not give me any solution nor do they stand up to said error, they simply send me away to go home. At that time I was shocked and did not file a complaint, but I will try to make the necessary arrangements to file one now (if I can).\n\nI don't recommend it at all..
