Disastrous experience and I haven't even gotten to the consultation. It is true that I went to the wrong center, I was looking for another clinical center, but the truth is that only for the first consultation the profile activation process has seemed invasive and more complex than filling out documentation for a mortgage, I have had to give personal information that no one cares about and fill out a lot of applications, I repeat, just to make a consultation.nI do not recommend this center at all, a girl called me on the phone to remind me of the Monday appointment that I ended up canceling due to my mistake, but in the call she told me things that I have no reason to understand, regarding whether she had activated the protocols and I don't know what..

The experience has been unbeatable from minute one. The treatment has been magnificent and it should be noted that the entire team that makes up Ivi takes meticulous care of the psychological part. They have advised us and accompanied us throughout the entire process.nIn terms of resources, it's incredible.nThe truth is that it has been a success.nWe arrived with low morale thanks to public health and here they have given us back our hope. Both my wife and I do not want to miss the opportunity to THANK the entire IVI Donostia team for helping us fulfill our dream of being mothers. After years of searching in different clinics and many treatments involved, we decided to trust IVI. Today, with our 20-day-old little one, we write to thank, on the one hand, the PROFESSIONALISM of the entire team: Administrative staff, nurses, assistants and gynecologists, with special mention to Dr. María Lure, and on the other hand THE TREATMENT and CLOSENESS with which they have accompanied us, which is so needed in these processes.
