TOTAL SCAM! Behind the good words, and an initial budget, a multitude of half-truths are hidden. They never tell you when you are going to stop paying for tests and more tests without any guarantee, not of pregnancy, but of a transfer! They do not put all the options on the table from the beginning. You're spending a fortune and they don't guarantee anything. There are clinics in Madrid that have a pregnancy guarantee and, if you end up not getting it, at least they will refund your money, which shows that they are truly doing everything possible. I, with this clinic, really doubt it.n...not to delve into the treatment without any delicacy received from the serving staff... you are going to bring a sample and they send you out loudly in front of everyone present. Even the cleaning lady makes you answer inappropriate questions in a completely out of place tone... it's amazing! Pure discretion!!nnAfter months since my review, a canned response. We went to this clinic for the convenience of being in the same town where we live and for the treatment and closeness that the Doctor receives, also trusting in her professionalism. Our experience has not been positive because it is a clinic that is more than overcrowded with what it entails. Zero punctuality, zero privacy in the waiting room, the lack of information during the treatment leaves something to be desired... . Very dissatisfied..

Very good treatment from the staff in general until after the treatment, then it is impossible for them to return your calls or answer questions. The supervisor should use a little empathy and answer questions and emails. They refuse to give information that corresponds to you by law. The medical part is good, the administrative part is disgusting..

Appointment made, hota 7:15 p.m., we arrived 10 minutes early, waiting number S15. At 8:20 p.m., after one of the nurses spoke with a couple with whom she was friendly and with number S27, she passed them in front of us. A sign of lack of respect and absolute seriousness. I do not recommend it to anyone, if everything they do is with the same seriousness and lack of respect towards patients, they better close it.
