SCAM. This is the WORST treatment of a “hospital” I’ve ever experienced, I had a really frustrating and unprofessional experience at this clinic. I had an appointment booked with a doctor, but when I arrived, the secretary said he was gone and made me reschedule for the next morning. When I came back, I was left waiting for ages, and then finally called in to speak with someone about my symptoms—who didn’t speak English, even though the clinic advertises English-speaking gynecologist consultations.nOnline, it said the consultation would be €50, but after this “consultation” (which didn’t feel like a real consultation at all), I was told to wait again, then informed it would actually be €120. I paid, assuming that was it, and waited once more. Eventually, I was brought to a room with no proper gynecological chairs—just beds with woolen covers—and asked to undress and wait. After more waiting, I was told they made another mistake and that the procedure selected wasn’t the one I needed. They said I’d have to pay an extra €80, making the total €200.nThe doctor was there, saw me waiting, and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the mix-up. I felt incredibly disrespected and frustrated. I said I needed to speak to my boyfriend, and in the end, we asked for a refund. They returned some of the money but kept €50 for the so-called consultation, which was chaotic and not what was promised.Overall, I felt completely misled, overcharged, and not cared for as a patient. I would not recommend this clinic.

My experience at the centre was very quicknAnd seamless. All the staff were extremely kind with very good bedside manner. They made you feel safe. No hidden charges, very straight forward. Attentive. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to do a termination of Pregnancy. The prices for a private clinic also very reasonable. I thank the staff very much for their care. 5 stars all the way for everything.
