In our case we can only be grateful. We went through 3 failed AIs in social security and I was recommended and it has been a success. From Rosa at reception who has treated us with immense love and empathy, to Dr. Gaitero, super professional, decisive and always willing to help her patients. There have been several times that I have contacted her with any questions and she responds immediately, it should be noted that if you have any questions or emergencies they are always available at the center.nWe would also like to express our gratitude to Dr Ruiz, who assisted me in several follow-ups and in a scare that we had with great integrity, kindness and professionalism. Of course, to the embryology team, who the times we spoke with them were charming and very patient, and to the nursing team, who are super friendly and accompany you throughout the entire process.nnThank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

Quite a bad experience, to begin with, they test us and they do not properly manage our financing and it delays everything for about 4 months. They make two transfers for us and when the third is going to be made is when they inform us that we have to pay to make the transfer, which is in the budget... It won't be so clear when in the second they don't tell us anything or charge us anything. They notify us three days in advance only that we have to pay 1,800 euros.nThey are scammers, and I'm really sorry, but if you don't want more trouble than you are going to have during the process, look for another place..

My partner and I have been dealing with infertility for many years, and we have visited several centers and many professionals, and we can affirm that at hm fertility monteprincipe the treatment has been unbeatable; We can only thank the entire team, because not only are they very professional, but the care with which they treat their patients is incredible. Many thanks to Lourdes, Áurea the embryologist, Dr Serrano, Ana, Ana Ludeña, Daniela and especially of course, to Dr Herranz, our Mavi, who has always been our guardian angel, we do not have enough lives to thank her for all the love and patience she has had with us, and of course for changing our lives, the day we crossed paths with her, we won the lottery. We're sure to leave names, so thanks again to the entire team..

After visiting several clinics, we visited Dr. Ana Gaitero and, without a doubt, we chose her and her team to begin treatment. She knows what she's doing, explains everything extremely clearly, and is very empathetic. Despite being a tough treatment in every sense, it's truly worth the fight. In my case, the third time's the charm has worked. If not for x, then for y, but we heeded all of Dr. Gaitero's recommendations and the paths we chose, advised by Dr. Gaitero, and today I'm writing this, almost 10 weeks pregnant and having already heard our baby's heartbeat. I will always remember this entire team, not only Dr. Ana Gaitero, but also the nurses, especially Ana and Daniela. Both of them have treated me with honors, with incredible human qualities. I also have Celia, the embryologist, whom I have a special affection for, both for her approach and the treatment I received throughout the process. So, definitely don't give up and heed the advice of this team of professionals. They don't try to sell you on anything and are realistic and clear about the situation, which is also appreciated. Thanks and a big hug!

Highly recommended. Despite being a complicated process, I remember the entire team with great affection.nAna Gaitero is the gynecologist who handled my case: she is a great professional, I highly recommend her. He speaks with absolute scientific rigor and it is clear that he knows what he is doing. Sometimes I had questions or the urge to contact her by email and she always responded very quickly, in a very kind and reassuring way. On the other hand, I never had the feeling that they were selling us smoke and that we were in a commercialized clinic like those of the competition.nI didn't go looking for second opinions nor did I have any doubts regarding clinics because from the beginning I felt comfortable, everything fit me very well and the proposals seemed reasonable to me.nThe fact of being in a hospital environment reassured me a lot. By the way, the team of ten anesthetists too, thank you ;)nThe rest of the staff is loving and attentive at all times. My most absolute thanks to the entire team, especially to Ana Gaitero and the embryologist Celia who was professional, understanding, empathetic and a friend to me.nThank you!.
