Very bad experience. They take too long to take you in and the manners are not the correct ones by the nurses or doctor.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL.nnThe only positive thing I can say about this clinic is that Dr. Palomo is a very experienced doctor, he is trully very equipped as a medical profesional.nnDespite this, his bedside manner is BEYOND unprofessional, rude and frankly a little bit abusive towards his patients. He never takes more than a minute to do his ultrasounds, and therefore can't answer any of your questions.nnHe gives you his whatsapp but doesn't answer there either, and when you ask PERFECTLY sensical questions such as "what does the diagnosis you just gave me mean?" he leaves the room irritated by your incompetence.nnHe also works with another set of specialists which are veeeery expensive and aparently, the only doctors in the entire world he trusts; so even if you have Sanitas which in theory covers everything for you, he'll find a way to charge you AT LEAT 550 euros.nnTwo of the recepcionists are kind, but most of the nurses are burnt-out from seeing hundreds of patients per day, and are super unprofessional in the way they treat you.nnAs a first time mom, I'm honestly a little traumatized by this experience, I won't be going back and am searching for an alternative.nnOn two occasions, he was in such a hurry he hurt me with the ultrasound, when I told him that that wasn't supposed to hurst so much he said it was my fault for having a full bladder and not being "relaxed", because yeah, evyrhting I just mentioned makes for the ultimate "relaxed" experiencie.

Just one small step up from going to your public Centro de salud if looking for help getting an endometriosis diagnosis.nnI wrote everything down. Still recommended pain killers that I said were ineffective. Told that I likely have it but would need the surgery to find out, and it isn't worth it because of my age and I should wait three to five years as it will likely disappear when I go through menopause. I went there because I was in so much pain, I needed a second option as it was made clear to me public health would fail me.nnI would like nothing more than to take a period pain simulator and attach it to the male gynecologist who saw me and have him at level ten for three to five years and then it can resolve itself when someone takes it off. Take. Women's. Pain. Seriously. Don't suggest being in pain for three to five years.nnIcing on the cake of awful was I was given zero paperwork or even proof I went there. Can't take anything back to my GP in public health because the only paperwork I got was a €90 bill. (Oh and his card so I can WhatsApp him for contact info for a chiropractor.)nnCan't decide which was worse: This or public health. I think this as I had to pay for it..

I would not recommend this clinic and have already sent my complain to the insurance company that included this clinic to the list of their service providers because there is actually no service there.nFirst, when I came for my medical checkup, the doctor, after collecting the samples, asked me to send him a WhastApp message after a few days to receive the results (!!). In any other clinic, the results are just sent to your email/application.nSecond, after sending this WhatsApp I never received his reply. After a few days of silence, I contacted the clinic by their official WhatsApp - no results sent, they told me that it may take them around 3 weeks to process the result (which takes 1 week max in any other clinic).nIt´s been 4!! weeks since my visit and I still haven´t received my results. Today I contacted them again and was promissed to receive it "during the morning hours", the results are still not here. Now I was promissed to receive them tomorrow.....to be continued..

First I want to start with the good thing about the center. When you call the reception, everyone is friendly. Now for what I think needs work:n(a). Covid PCR test: It costs 130E and thats fine by me but I was surprised to find out on the day of my test that I had to administer the test to myself. They never mentioned this on the phone when I booked. I needed the test for a travel that I could not put off. Hence, I was a little taken a back when she said that I had to do it on my own (thats after paying for it already) as I needed sure results. The test itself was not hard to administer but maybe a video instructional would have been nice since I had no idea if I was going deep enough in my nostril or not and didn´t want an inconclusive result.n(b). Results: they said 24-48 hours. I didn´t get it in 48 hours and I told them that I choose the center because they said the results the longest in 48 hours and I was flying out. The girl was not helpful and just said that I should wait and they will be open till 10pm that day. It caused me a lot of stress and worry..
