I can only second all the great reviews. I've visited the clinic several times and have always been treated wonderfully. They really take the time to ask questions, understand your concerns and throughout the entire process they are super engaged, always following up, providing helpful info, advice and guidance. I did egg freezing in a different country with a different company and the day off was quite a terrible experience. Which I didn't realise until i did the exact same process later on at IVI. Super efficient, post procedure basically within 2h i was back on my feet and going back to work. The room where you stay is private, super modern, clean, you have your own shower. Treated like a VIP. I can only recommend this clinic! And what gives me a peace of mind is their success rates - which are second to none. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you IVI!

I’d like to share my experience in the hope that it helps you make the right decision when choosing a clinic.nUnfortunately, everything about this clinic—the treatment process, organization, and especially communication—was a complete mess. For an international patient who doesn’t speak Spanish, navigating this system is extremely frustrating and challenging, especially if you’ve never undergone this procedure before.nInitially, I was given one protocol for oocyte preservation, but when I checked my patient portal, I discovered a completely different treatment plan. When I contacted the clinic for clarification, I received conflicting explanations from different representatives, which only added to my frustration. Luckily, I decided to follow the originally prescribed protocol, which ultimately worked in my favor.nAs my treatment continued, I once again received conflicting instructions—one from the international department and another from the medical team. I had to double-check everything to ensure I was following the correct plan. Communication was completely disorganized, with only a few staff members speaking decent English, while the nurses didn’t speak English at all.nThere was no proper guidance or oversight of the treatment process, making it extremely stressful to navigate—especially if you don’t already know how things should be handled.nPost-operative management was also horrible. I experienced a lot of pain after the procedure, and despite my discomfort, I had to wait 30 minutes before they finally gave me paracetamol, which didn’t help at all. There was no real concern for my well-being or proper pain management. It was clear that patient comfort and care were not a priority.nDuring the egg retrieval process, I was told I would have time to recover in the clinic. However, immediately after waking up, a nurse handed me a coffee and a cookie and asked me to leave so they could prepare the room for the next patient. The entire experience felt rushed and impersonal.nTo make matters worse, after the treatment, I was never contacted by the doctor to check on my recovery or answer any questions. This only confirmed my impression that they don’t truly care about their patients once the procedure is donenOverall, my experience at this clinic was chaotic and frustrating. The poor communication, lack of proper organization, and complete disregard for patient comfort and well-being made the whole process feel like being in a factory—rushed, disorganized, and stressful. I would not recommend this clinic to international patients who expect clear communication, proper care, and professional oversight of their treatment.
