I can only sincerely thank and warmly recommend the Eugin Madrid clinic, because they allowed me to finally get pregnant and have a beautiful little girl, after many years of failed IVF attempts due to severe endometriosis (in France, all doctors had given up...). The director and gynecologist, Alexandra Izquierdo, is "a gem": so lovely and compassionate (compared to some French doctors), and very competent and persevering. She actively explored every possible avenue for my failed implantations, and had me undergo numerous tests to finally find a solution. I will be eternally grateful to her.nThe clinic is new, modern, and clean. All the staff are very attentive, and many speak French.nFinally, the location is very convenient: close to the train station, the metro, and Retiro Park..

A disorganized clinic, without empathy and with poor patient treatment.nnMy experience has been disastrous from the first moment. After undergoing treatment, I have been waiting for more than five months for my doctor to contact me to make an appointment with an immunology specialist. The lack of follow-up and commitment to patients is outrageous. It is evident that their priority is billing, not the health or well-being of those of us who trust them in such a delicate process.nnThe administrative disorganization is alarming: after paying, they sent me an email offering a 10% discount that I could no longer apply, a mockery for any patient. Furthermore, in my private area they registered me as a single mother when in reality I am married, demonstrating absolute carelessness in the management of personal data.nnThe worst of all is the lack of humanity. Here, patients are simple numbers, without any type of personalized attention or real concern about the treatments. If you are looking for professionalism, empathy and a minimum of seriousness, stay away from this clinic..

I 100% recommend this clinic! Trust me, I know after spending so much money in other clinics without having any success, Eugin is one of the best if not THE BEST in Spain. I felt so safe and in good hands from the moment I walked in. The receptionists, the nurses, the lab techs and doctors are all incredibly supportive and experienced. They are with you from the very beginning and throughout the process answering all questions and concerns. Dra. Alexandra is simply God sent.
