EVA Fertility Clinics Villa de Marín

I never wanted to write this review. However, I'm being forced to. I'm an international patient. I went to Eva due to the high cost of IVF treatment in the US. Unfortunately, COVID happened during my scheduled IVF treatment. I was able to complete my egg retrieval but unable to complete the transfer. Spain Health Dept would not allow transfers during COVID. I was stuck in Spain for nearly four months because of COVID flight cancellations. The doctor recommended that I pay for multiple IVF treatment due to my low egg reserves while I wait for Spain to re-allow transfers. Since I was told that Eva was offering a IVF treatment discounted promotion. I paid for two additional treatments. I decided to complete the treatments once I return back to Spain. Instead of EVA having me pay for only the egg retrieval. They had me pay for the full treatment of Egg retrieval and transfer. Although I never completed the first transfer due to COVID restrictions. I paid for another flight two return a few months later. I was unable to fly due to Spain only allowing Spanish Citizens to travel to Spain. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions and personal issues. It took me a while to return back to Spain after being turned away. While planning my trip back to Eva. I sent them my blood lab results. Eva informed me that my egg reserves were too low and that I can only transfer the only embryo that I was able to produce during my first treatment. I was ok with that. Wendy promised that I would be refunded my money back for the other prepaid treatments and not to worry. However, Eva refuses to refund me for the two additional treatments that I paid for. They're giving me the run around and stating that they need to confirm the payment. I provided them with my bank and credit statements as proof of payment. However, they still refusing to process the refund. Claiming that they unable to see the payments in their system. Which is leading me to believe that they had some misappropriation of funds with their staff. Which is not my issue. Since I was able to furnish proof of payment. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Wendy was trying to help me. However, the Quality Director refuses to call me to discuss this issue. Be very careful about sending prepayment with Eva. They have stolen my money. I will have to report them to the officials in Spain.

I had the most wonderful experience with Eva Fertility Clinic in Madrid. We are international patients, and they made the process as streamlined and accommodating as possible, so that we could get our treatment done in Madrid. Wendy helped us coordinate our visits and and explained everything along the way. She also followed up with me through WhatsApp during and after our IVF treatment. The doctors and all of the staff were very caring and want you to succeed in your journey. We are expecting our first child in June after trying for 7 years. We couldn’t be more happy and thankful to Eva Fertility Clinic Madrid..

I am a 36 year old mum of a toddler who is now almost 3 years old. I am ever so grateful to have found Eva clinic randomly by one of my clients at work ! It has been a God’s sent and a blessing to have found this team as they are so lovely , caring and loving. Been helping me all the way through my treatment. Supported me all the way and each step of the way. Felt so comfortable , safe and secured by this lovely team. Thanks to all from Eva clinic as I have been able to fall pregnant for the second time . My lovely boy which was conceived from an egg Doner and my husband sperm about 3 years ago and now I am pregnant with the second baby . I only had to travel once from London to Madrid this time round as everything was already prepared and ready in the laboratory. Sara has been so caring and messaged me almost daily to see how I was and whether I needed anything.nYou have been like a family to me and I don’t know how to say thank you

I am an International patient and only have excellent feedback to give from the staff at this clinic. My experience with Dr Marcos and Dr Marissa have been fantastic. They definitely take the time to care for you and give you lots of reassurance and positive energy. I received one on one attention and they always took the time to adhere to my needs and make changes accordingly. Always making me feel at ease and comfortable. I can honestly say that I received better treatment in Spain 🇪🇸 than what I did in my own country Australia 🇦🇺nSara, Sofia and Janire have been unbelievably supportive and comforting. Very patient with treatments especially considering the time zone difference. They always send you a message to see how you are feeling and if you need help. I would definitely recommend Eva Fertility Madrid. I have been an IVF patient for 10 years and this one stands out by far the best. Congratulations to this clinic for their compassionate and professional staff. You truly made my experience the best. Mil gracias..

Hello everyone! I'm a 36 years old and like most women I have to postpone having a family now due to my career! I got in touch with Eva clinic for egg freezing procedure in hope to be a mother later On. I can honestly say that everyone at Eva clinic were fantastic. Professional and caring team that made me feel at ease/hopeful for the future! A special thank you to one of their wonderful nurses Janire for being there for me helping me through the treatment even after working hours! And of course a massive thank you to Dr Marcos, the nicest Dr I've ever met, caring passionate and professional that couldn't do enough...nnI highly recommend Eva clinic !.
