3 years ago I froze eggs in the clinic they had in another city, they closed it and without prior notice or consent of the patients they transferred the genetic material to the clinic in Madrid.nNow that we are going to begin treatment, logically in our place of residence and as a consequence in another clinic, they tell us that they are not responsible for the return transfer, that we have to pay for it, 700 euros... They wash their hands and do not even want to listen to us, they only tell us that if we did the treatment with them they would give us a quote that we are still waiting for... we have complained and we have not even had a response from them. But this is a serious clinic??? Please think carefully before choosing them. We are going to take legal measures if the situation continues like this.

The best decision of our lives!nAfter years of trying, we have finally achieved our long-awaited pregnancy 🙏🏼🙏🏼 and it is a dream that has come true and all thanks to the European Fertility Institute. From the first moment we have felt supported and understood by the entire team. 😌😌nOur doctor María Sánchez de Rivera Colin explained the process to us with clarity and patience, resolving all our doubts and fears. The treatment was always close, affectionate and kind, which made us feel very comfortable and confident. And we really needed it because our experience in another previous clinic turned out to be quite unpleasant and hard, without any empathy and even more so when this is something very delicate. María has been incredible with us at all times, we could not have been luckier to have found such a wonderful person who has known how to handle our case with great delicacy and professionalism. Making us feel at home!! And giving us hugs when they were necessary... 😍😍nThe facilities are modern and cozy, and the atmosphere is very calm. All the staff is wonderful, from the embryologist, Carlos de la Cruz, who was informing us of everything with his daily calls and his patience when explaining all our doubts, to the nurses, special mention to Lidia, who has been our nurse from the beginning and her treatment has also been better than good and that is appreciated! Because he showed us incredible affection throughout the entire process, even the receptionists, always willing to help with a smile and make things easier for us when we were a little lost. Thanks to Julia and Alicia for everything, they are the ones we have agreed with the most!! For your kindness and smiles when we have needed them.nThanks to the European Fertility Institute and Maria, our dream of becoming parents has come true and we are now in our 18th week. We are immensely grateful and recommend this clinic to all couples looking for a pregnancy! You won't regret it!!.

My experience with the IEF clinic has been excellent. I have been very well guided in my fertility preservation treatment by Dr. La Fuente, as well as by all his fellow doctors and nurses with whom I have also had a lot of contact. The receptionist (blonde) has also always been very friendly and collaborative. The process has been super calm and they have supported and guided me throughout the entire time. Likewise, the team at the surgery center has been very professional and friendly. I recommend 100% as a fertility specialist center and for the attention of all the staff.

My husband and I came to European Institute of Fertility and from the very beginning it was clear the team truly cares about their patients. Everyone - from the woman working at the front desk, to the intake nurse to the Doctor (Dr Jose Manuel Gonzales Casbas) was professional, efficient, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were in Madrid and had limited time we could be treated. On top of the care, the space is very clean and technology is very modern and updated. I would recommend this clinic to locals as well as anyone coming into town from abroad, as you are sure to get top care from the team at IE Fertilidad.
