Review of Accuna from Sarah-Waites Turner
When I first went to Accuna I was in a very difficult, sensitive situation early in my pregnancy. As an American, finding a doctor who could speak English was very important. Dr. Palacios sat & spoke to my husband & I for an hour before ever proceeding with an ultrasound etc. She’s a brilliant doctor but with bedside manner like a sister. I felt held by our conversation & also guided with top medical knowledge. I have decided to proceed under her care for my pregnancy. Thank you to the whole staff who has been over the top accommodating & kind throughout my experience as a patient thus far. Y’all are a first time mother’s dream team!

If you don't mind waiting for an hour, this is your place!\n\nAfter waiting for 30 minutes, I asked how long did I have left to wait and I was told at least another 30 minutes.\n\nI was shocked. Poor costumer service as they weren't very friendly and obviously didn't even care to let the the patients know they were running late.\n\nThey were even surprised when I told them I wasn't going to wait. Go figure!.\n\nI don't reward poor customer service. I rather go and find another place were they are being profesional..
