Dr Muñoz and his team at IVI Alicante are doing an excellent job. On the basis of a clinical activity at the highest level with an astonishingly up-to-date and broad research activity, in a very well organised and modern appealing clinic in the beautiful and vibrant medieval City of Light by the sea, Alicante, Dr Muñoz leads his team, which also knows how to convince with very high social competence. On the long, often difficult, psychologically and physically very personal and highly emotional path to the fulfilment of one of the most central wishes and goals in life, he and his team always manage to accompany his patients in a very respectful, sensitive, understanding, caring, individual and supportive manner, so that they always feel very well informed and advised, safe and treated in the best possible way. Having undergone IVF numerous times in various clinics, I can attest this one the most expensive and least worthy for me. If you are planning to come from another country, please do not bother and waste precious time and resources here. Absolutely NOT worth it. I lost my chance of having a child because the main doctor had a glof dat planned on Saturday ( my egg retrieval) my original doctor got pregnant and dissapeared on me the day she found out ( extremely early).I was left to deal with ABSOLUTELY WORST SUBHUMAN treatment by some female doctor and after apologizing for her behaviour and promising me I was not going to have to deal with her a good match came up and Im ABSOLUTELY SURE my embrios were mistreated. THIS PEOPLE DESERVE JAIL TIME

Update-nThey have replied that I am not a patient.... which is ridiculous. Of course I am not a patient. It’s like you are a joke. Did you even read anything written below or from the other person that was inquiring about PRP treatment ....nYou know exactly who I am. Just check the email replies from Azelais Esplá and Blanca González last week... They fully know who asked about PRP treatment and who they told they would only give basic public information too after I paid a fee of 90euro.nnWish I could leave negative stars...nnAgreed-Don’t even waste your time with IVI.nnI also inquired about the cost for prp ovarian treatment and was contacted by two different people Azelais Esplá and Blanca GonzáleznnBoth replied I had to first wire money-90€, give a Passport/identity card, all details of your personal medical history & marital status for a consultation with Alicante before I receive any information. First red flag 🚩nnAfter asking multiple times for the basic cost information that should be available to the public... they continuously refused to give out prices for prp treatment quoting “protocol and legal reasons... and they must know who they are dealing with and, specially, the age of the patients, to make sure they are following the Spanish law about fertility treatments....” Then continued with “ they need to explain what would be the most appropriate treatments that are carried out as a couple.”nMy simple question - the cost for a PRP? IVI Alicante disregarded my question entirely to try to push the sale of other treatments when I just inquired specifically for PRP.... which is for the ovaries so has no bearing on my marital status. Certainly I would never be so gullible to go into a paid consultation without receiving basic medical data or even a range of prices I may end up paying. Also the fact that a number of reputable clinics provide upfront the process & cost which includes the blood tests, if general anesthesia is required, explain the blood draw, centrifuge process, collect the platelet and injection into ovaries... 2nd 🚩nnThe decision to seek fertility advice is already a difficult place to be in and for a clinic to prey on people in that situation shows a lack of morals and ethical standards … All in order to enrich themselves more off of potential clients is disgusting.nnLastly Blanca González suggested that since I had not paid or send my private information- I should be glad that she even replied to my question by not answering stating it’s due to spanish law, policy & legal reason... which is insane to suggest a medical clinic did not need to be honest about what it will charge people.nnHopefully, Spain has real protocol that protects people from shady medical clinics. And, even after insisting, they still did not try to come up with a solution, or a range of prices, but simply said ok, we will cancel the consultation...nYes, the 90€ consultation that I never even asked for. Certainly, they know they’ll make money out of the despair of other patients. But I hope people do their research and see they have other options from clinics in Spain offering ovarian prp with very clear pricing.nnTransparency, accountability and offering clear details to make the patient comfortable is key but in my experience, IVI Alicante is lacking this very important part of being a medical institution.nClinics set their prices but refusing to be upfront when the public has a right to decide when they are most likely being taken advantage of by hidden fees or overcharging. red flag🚩.nnAfter also reading others with the same experience- spare me the fake generic reply that you are sorry for the dissatisfaction & want to hear more detail blah blah write to socialivi..because IVI Alicante would like to look more into the situation.nJust stick to the story you gave when I tried to get clarification before.👎🏼

Don’t even waste your time with IVI.nnI had enquired about ovarian rejuvenation and was called back (in the UK) by two different team members who could not coordinate with one another. I’m not even sure the first one understood English well.nnI was invited for a consultation with the Alicante team but, hey, they don’t give out prices for ovarian rejuvenation because that’s the only treatment that’s “tailored” to you. Certainly I’m so gullible to go into a paid consultation without even a range of prices I may end up paying.nnAnd, upon my insistence, they did not try to come up with a solution, or a range of prices, but simply said ok, goodbye. Certainly, they know they’ll make money out of the despair of other patients.nnThere are other clinics in Spain offering ovarian rejuvenation with very clear prices.nnGive these people a WIDE BERTH.
