From start to finish myself and my partners experience at the clinic has been extremely impressive, professional and at the same time compassionate. I have Dr Castillo who is a gentleman, kind and puts you at complete ease throughout treatment. The embryologist was amazing also, and again kind and encouraging, they really are professionals at what they do. Our plan was fully executed though with the continued support from our PA Anastasia. Anastasia was an absolute super star, dealing with my constant questions on the plan and how things are going. Anastasia kept me in the loop at all times, with superb professionalism but a sincere kindness throughout. Huge thanks.

Instituto Bernabeu were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent: professional, friendly and timely, which made the whole process so much easier. I felt extremely well informed throughout and able to ask questions at any point. When I visited Spain for the transfer they helped me to organise travel and accommodation, and made the procedure itself a relaxed experience. The whole team was welcoming and kept me informed at every stage so I felt at ease. They even remembered to follow up and check that I was ok after my due date. I can't speak highly enough of IB, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others. Thank you!.

My husband and I will be forever grateful to Instituto Bernabeu Alicante for giving us our beautiful son Tom. After having several failed IUIs in Ireland and failed IVF cycles in the UK and with an extremely low ovarian reserve we were given a less than 1% chance of conceiving with IVF. We had lost all hope of ever having a baby.\nDr Fuentes in Instituto Bernabeu Alicante was willing to give us a chance even with such a low chance of success. From day 1 we were so impressed with the professionalism, kindness, knowledge and efficiency of Dr Fuentes, our patient care coordinator Esther and all the nurses and other staff at the clinic. The clinic itself was so modern and clean and the facilities were incredible. The lab and embryologists are world class too. The combination of triple IVF with ovarian PRP and PGT testing worked for us and our son is now 6 weeks old and a very healthy and happy baby. We can’t thank Dr Fuentes enough, she is an amazing doctor and our patient care coordinator Esther went above and beyond for us. She was always so helpful and super efficient in responding to emails and or answering any queries we had. When we were at the clinic Esther was very supportive and compassionate and we felt that we were in really good hands. All the staff really wanted us to be successful and really cared about us. We would highly recommend Instituto Bernabeu Alicante, it’s a world class clinic with world class doctors, embryologists and staff. We hope to bring our son to visit the clinic over the Summer. Instituto Bernabeu Alicante will always have a very special place in our hearts. We would encourage any prospective parents struggling with infertility to set up a consultation with Instituto Bernabeu Alicante. It is one of the best clinics in the world and they will do everything they can to help you to have success.

Our journey to parenthood was long and heartbreaking. My husband and I spent years trying for a baby here in the USA, going through three exhausting rounds of IVF with no success. The experience left us feeling like just another number, with little encouragement or hope from the doctors. Discouraged but not ready to give up, I did more research and found Instituto Bernabeu in Alicante. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made.\n\nThanks to the incredible team at Instituto Bernabeu, I am now holding my beautiful, healthy baby girl in my arms. From the very beginning, Dr. Castillo’s expertise and kindness gave us the reassurance we desperately needed. Our patient coordinator, Esther, was always there for us—supportive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Every single member of the staff was outstanding, making us feel cared for and valued every step of the way.\n\nI only wish we had come here sooner instead of wasting so much time, energy, and hope in the USA.
