I'm very disappointed with the assisted reproduction section at IMED Hospital.nAnd I'm giving it one star because as people, I have nothing to say. They were always very kind, but as professionals... they leave a lot to be desired.nI came in with low ovarian reserve, and although I initially felt confident and comfortable with the doctor, which is why I stayed at that clinic, the treatment approach was very adventurous from the start. They prescribed me IVF, and although four follicles initially developed, they only managed to extract two eggs. The other two couldn't be removed, and the two they extracted weren't viable.nAll of this without assessing whether my body (uterus) was truly ready.nAfter that failure, they went straight to proposing egg donation. Since I had doubts because I saw things I didn't like, I decided to go to other clinics. They did a complete workup and discovered I had an arcuate uterus, endometriosis, stenosis, and adenomyosis (I had two surgeries).nSame diagnosis at two different clinics, but at IMED, "everything was fine."nThat is, even if IVF or egg donation had gone well, the pregnancy wouldn't have progressed because my uterus wasn't in good condition. At IMED, they didn't even bother to check this before starting such a serious treatment.nIt's clear they don't offer a solid foundation. They're just trying things out, without considering the emotional, physical, and financial toll this takes on a person (and it's a good thing I didn't decide to do egg donation and spend more money for nothing). I was so disappointed that I haven't wanted to go back to anything knowing what I know now.nI'm writing this after a year (and no thanks to them, I'm 4 months pregnant)... because I know how hard this process is and because other people deserve to be well informed. This can't be treated like a business. We're talking about the hope and effort of many people.nAnd it could have turned out well the first time, but I believe a house starts with the foundation, not the roof, and before any treatment like this, you have to thoroughly review everything before you begin..

A team of 10!nIt was the first clinic we went to for information and we didn't look any further. We remain a clinic where you are not just another number, but a person. And that is very appreciated. In addition, it has a complete laboratory with the latest technology.nWe are delighted with all the staff for their treatment and professionalism. From Andrea and Sandra, always with a smile and good words, Elena and M. José for always giving a hug in the moments that are most needed, Marta our embryologist who does magic in the laboratory and takes care of our little ones like no one else. And of course our doctor Belén, without her this would not have been possible. He tells you things as they are, but always with love and tact. I want to thank the entire urimed team who have supported me at all times, I went because I did not get pregnant naturally with my partner and I wanted to know why and they did tests on me, we tried to do an insemination since the problem was the mobility of the sperm (it was also the most economical option but not so effective in my case that they advised me to do the invitro but I was stubborn and wanted insemination) and it did not work then we did the invitro and Unfortunately I lost it, I got pregnant but I lost it due to an infection (I was very sad and they supported me a lot, which is appreciated. I no longer wanted to do more for fear of losing another baby and suffering more) and then they did several tests and prescribed me medications and until I was completely clean without infections or anything, they did not want to do another in vitro since it would be nonsense and a waste of money and finally for the second time in vitro I got pregnant and thanks to They and God, right now I have a beautiful, healthy girl and I have been able to be a mother. I thank you for all the support you have given me. I wish there were many more stars to give. My experience was wonderful, I came from social security full of fears and Dr Belen Beiró helped me a lot throughout the process. It is special in every way and I recommend it without a doubt. I loved the treatment received from Doctor María Peñalver, the nurse María José was a sweetheart, and the nurse Elena was wonderful, the treatment was unbeatable and thanks to all the treatment they recommended to us, today I have my greatest treasure who is already 8 months old, not long ago I stopped by there so they could meet him, it's a shame they weren't there that day. But I and my partner are very happy with them, because today we have our child!
