I truly value the personal discussions I had with both the doctor and nurse, where we felt comfortable asking any questions that popped into our heads. It was wonderful to see how Dr. Celada and Carolina consistently took the time to address all our worries. After trying other fertility clinics, I was quite let down by the service. As a person of color, I was seeking a clinic that would provide a solution tailored to my needs, and a doctor in France recommended this clinic to me.nnThe team at IVI clinic was incredibly kind and understanding, especially since we were not residents of Spain. They were always supportive and helped us create a plan for the transfer. The IVI portal served as an excellent communication tool, and we received quick responses every time we had a question. I’m thrilled to announce that my husband and I are now proud parents of two (one in 2023 and another on the way in 2025) thanks to the amazing service we received. We are so grateful we chose IVI Valencia for our IVF journey. A huge thank you to the administration, the nurses, and the embryo department!.

The entire process was easy and effective. I’m so glad I made the trip from the US for this treatment! My family was quite surprised when I told them I was going to Spain for it. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.Thank you to Dr. Doblinger and his team. Now, I’m two months pregnant!

IVI Valencia was recommended to us for specialist fertility treatment by a high-profile IVF Doctor in Harley Street, London. Being German, IVI connected us with a German speaking doctor called Dr Doblinger who was fantastic!nnOur IVI journey lasted approximately 2 years and resulted in a positive outcome. During these 2 years, our many, many questions were answered thoroughly, we felt supported and in very safe, qualified hands. There were many ups and downs during our journey, and Dr Doblinger’s optimistic and proactive attitude was as important to the outcome as IVI's medical expertise. For this human connection, I am very grateful.nnI would especially like to thank Dr Doblinger, Carolina Lleo Guerrero & Lola from the International Department, who made our journey a memorable one. I can wholeheartedly recommend IVI Valencia and Dr Doblinger’s team, it was well worth the many trips to this beautiful city. 😊.

As a foreign patient from Canada, I’m glad I went here before choosing blindly. Dr. Pellicer was recommended to me specifically by a friend of a friend in Valencia and she was rude from the start. Even the receptionist apologized for her behaviour recognizing it was inappropriate. However, she also had made assumptions about my situation before even asking and also had to apologize again.nnBefore I even got into the appointment, the dr made a terrible impression by not only ignoring me as she walked by me in the hall head down in her phone, she also dismissed me while I was waiting (in a single chair alone) right in front of her office as she came out (again no eye contact—just walked by). Probably busy, I can understand, but definitely knowing I was there to see her, and could become her patient, any compassionate doctor would have at least said hello or acknowledged me.nnFor this alone, I would not have been comfortable with her as my doctor. RESEARCH your specific doctor please!nnI feel after researching fertility in general extensively in Spain and other countries, that this is the “factory feel” — not the personalized/compassionate care I was looking for. It’s a huge corporation and from my personal experience, lacks personal touch in environment and how they operate. That’s no surprise given their size. And no, size here does not mean better care/access to treatments that work!nnI’m not doing treatments here obviously. Also, sidenote, I paid a little more elsewhere for a consult and the appointment was exceptionally thorough (detailed ultra sounds/1hr+/details on every part of my situation and incredibly professional AND compassionate. You CAN have both!.

Awful communication

The clinic communication is very bad: their phone numbers don't work - no one answers, if they do - staff is extremely rude, hang up on the phone. They cannot give you a clear plan or answer, they threaten and intimidate patients.
