Starting with my excellent gynecologist Dr. Philippe HEYMANS,also Dr. Michel PANNATIER anesthetist and his super team !\nHirslanden Clinique des Grangettes is an EXCELLENT clinic in all the ways.\nI would like to thank all of the excellent nurses on the 1rst and 3rd floor on the new building for their caring and efficiency all the time.\nThe room was so beautiful ! I stayed at the clinic for 3 nights following knee surgery, and the experience was outstanding—better than a hotel! Nice and comfortable rooms, excellent food, warm and attentive staff. A special thanks to Benoit and Guillaume for their patience and kindness. Everyone was always available, helping the whole process go by smoothly and without stress. I’m truly grateful to the entire team. Thank you!

We had used the emergency pediatric clinic for quite a long time. Sometimes it was fast and good, but once we were waiting for 3 hours. It's ridiculous. I decided to stop using it. However I need to mention it was long time before it had became Hisslanden group. May be it would change. About the other medical service. I have the very mix feeling about it. Sometimes it's good and professional but sometime it isn't.\n\n4 years passed and I would like to add update.\nThis is concern the Emergency Service for children at your clinic only.\n\nLast Thursday, March 2025. my acquaintances sought my advice regarding where to seek medical assistance for their 12-year-old child, who was experiencing abdominal pain. Following standard recommendations, I advised them not to delay and to proceed to Hisslanden clinique of Grangettes for immediate evaluation.\n\nUpon their arrival, the child was admitted without delay, and an initial examination was conducted. However, despite the assessment, no abnormalities were identified, and, notably, No Blood tests were performed even He had 37.1 temperature.\n\nBy Sunday, the child’s condition had significantly deteriorated, prompting the parents to seek urgent medical attention at HUG, where an appendicitis diagnosis was confirmed, necessitating Immediate surgical intervention.\n\nThis raises a critical question: given the advancements in modern medicine, where blood tests are a fundamental diagnostic tool in cases of suspected inflammation, was it not possible for Grangettes Hospital Service to conduct such an analysis and promptly determine the presence of an inflammatory process. It's rhetorical q. It's absurd that the doctors didn't do there job properly..
