Jetanin

Jetanin Clinic is the worst fertility clinic/hospital I have experienced so far, after visiting Bumrungrad Hospital, Nawabutr Clinic, Bangkok Hospital, and Safe Fertility Center. Their jam packed entrance lobby smells like a dirty bathroom, and their doctors and staff are either outright rude or treat you like a statistic, even worse than if you were a patron at a fast food restaurant.nnEven though we arrived 45 minutes early (15 min earlier than requested by the clinic), we still have to wait almost an hour in order to see the doctor. In that hour of waiting, we were ingloriously shoved from station to station within the lobby area. Yes that same lobby you see in their marketing photos except for in reality it’s crammed with people and smells like a dirty bathroom.nnThe lobby is in fact a communal area for patient intake, processing your blood pressure, accessing the pharmacy, and general waiting area for everything and everyone. There is no separation of space for conducting these activities in private or any consideration for their patients’ comfort or safety. In order to even to get into the clinic, you have to climb up a steep flight of stairs. No fertility clinic that cares for their patients will subject them to such dangerous conditions.nnThe doctor we saw exhibited ZERO EMPATHY for our situation, and kept referring to general statistics rather than looking at our situation with its own unique circumstances. Her advice was basically “go back to your own country” even though one of us is a Thai citizen from birth and has four generations of family here in Thailand. Her attitude was extremely rude and biased towards foreigners as well as women in their 40s, with absolutely ZERO consideration for the patient’s unique circumstances, such as having high egg reserves or long term application of prenatal supplements.nnWhile waiting yet another 15 minutes for our bill, nurses and billing receptionists laughed jeeringly, entirely unconcerned that they are in full view of their clients.nnJetanin left us feeling hurt, insulted, and disappointed. As if it’s not hard enough to go through the fertility process! Will only recommend to those who can enjoy paying for this sort of psychopathic treatment and ridicule..

I met with Jane at Jetaini. She is amazing. She took me on a tour of the hospital to help me understand the services for egg freezing and ICSI and hospital facilities. She can speak several languages, English, Hindi, Arab, Thai. She is very nice and friendly. Very proactive in helping with her clients. I strongly recommend getting in touch with her.

Jetanin has a world-class facade and charges world-class rates, but their medical standards and expertise are anything but. This is our observation and opinion, having travelled from Singapore for two weeks. As we learned later back home, a good IVF outcome is underpinned by three key parties: the doctor, the embryologist, and of course, the patient/couple. A key role that the doctor plays is calibrating the FSH dose (injectable hormone medication) to promote the best ovarian response (quantity and quality). There is no one size fits all protocol for every patient or patient age group because every body is unique, hence a doctor's experience and judgement matter a lot, and that comes with attentive monitoring too. The embryologist play an invisible, yet also a very critical role that can't be overstated. They are literally the scientists who can help make babies happen with expert handling, culture and preservation.nnOur overall experience with Jetanin was a let down, a big waste of money and time as we did not receive the best possible care and advice from the doctor and embryologist. I think—and it is evident from seeing the hoard of patients from China in the clinic—that most people turn to Jetanin for the purpose of gender selection. If a woman is still in her prime (ovarially speaking), I think she'll find good success in this or any IVF clinic. But if a woman is slightly older and require a more expert hand, I think she would be better off looking elsewhere..

Jetanin is the best ivf centre with all facilities.Earlier was thinking language will be the issue but JENJIRA SARAKHAN helped us a lot in translating in English and Hindi. She is very much co-operative for both of my visits. Uptil now can see JETANIN is the best and all the staff is too much co-operative. Cost wise also it is the best.
