First Fertility PGS Center

I absolutely would not recommend this place. We were told to get a procedure to alter the shape of my wife's cervix. There is no clinical evidence to suggest this helps and having gone to another fertility clinic, Doctor Pat is known by other surgeons to push this procedure.nnMy wife had a atopic pregnancy and was booked for emergency surgery because she had cysts in her fallopian tubes. Doctor Pat told us he may need to remove one side due to the blockage.nnAfter the procedure having been told nothing after the surgery or the following morning, he arrived quite late in the morning (keeping us worried and waiting) and informed us that he had removed both sides of her tubes! This means we are no longer able to get pregnant. He also did not ask for our consent to do this or even discuss that this might happen.nnWhen we decided to move to another clinic, the quality of the notes made by Doctor Pat were appalling. It honestly looked like the scribblings of a child.nnAlso be aware that you will be kept waiting for all of your appointments.nnOverall a terrible experience with First Fertility.

staff is so polite n helpful. dr.taunat is a very talented doctor. especially in my case it's difficult but he handled it nicely. miss sara is ready to answer every question 24 hours. she is very helpful n a good coordinator. her answer is ready before my question.Mr Johnny has all the solutions of my problems. he knows very well how to do his job perfectly n make satisfied every patient.

My wife and I were trying to get information about the whole procedure in the early stages but it seems the staff was very unresponsive to any questions we had. Had to message "Johnny" multiple times to get an answer. We were very serious. We will find another place to take our business as this one seems to be disinterested. I can only imagine what the after service would be like if we did choose them. BTW, interesting that there is a review left below by the same "Johnny Li" who actually works for this First Fertility. I thought staff reviewing their own company is prohibited. Anyways, just an interesting observation I noticed. If it's allowed then so be it. Our problem was the customer service by the sales/support team and cannot comment on anything else because we won't be going here for any procedure based on this bad experience. That is 100% for sure. Customer service is so important especially for a serious procedure such as IVF..

I am very happy I went to First Fertility in Bangkok. Wonderful experience and was taken very well care off. My little boy is 2 years old now and I will be going back for another very soon !nVery clean clinics, the doctors and nurses speak very well English and you get your own personal tour guide , very nice experience and we made it a holiday toonHighly commend Johnny and the team at First Fertility.
