First, I called to confirm they had an ophthalmologist on duty, and the lady on the phone spoke very clear English. She kindly asked me to come by and check in at 8:30 AM. Thank you to the amazing phone service for making the process so smooth!nnAt check-in, I was greeted by an incredible lady who was very helpful. Knowing my vision was blurred, she assisted me in walking to the Ophthalmology Department, guiding me every step of the way. Thank you so much to this kind, young, and attractive lady (looks 25 but might be 45!)—your support meant the world to me, and I’m so appreciative of your care.nnThe doctor was one of the most professional I’ve encountered in Thailand. Her English was perfect, and she was gentle, caring, and thorough. Her nurse was equally amazing, helping to stabilize me during some cringy eye touching tests, which all went well thanks to their expertise.nnThey prescribed an assortment of eye drops with clear instructions, tailored to my allergic conjunctivitis diagnosis.nnAfter my consultation, another kind lady assisted me in walking from the Ophthalmology Department to pay my bill and pick up my prescriptions, ensuring I felt supported throughout.nnThe total cost was 2,900 THB, which included all the kind, fast service and the prescriptions—a fantastic value for the quality of care.nnThe hospital itself was spotless: no cobwebs, no ripped furniture, no stained uniforms—everything was clean, organized, and efficient.nnBangkok Hospital Pattaya truly offers top-notch care. My initial consultation with the doctor was thorough and attentive, lasting a full 15 minutes. He examined my hip, which he confirmed was in good shape, but suspected an underlying issue with my back.nnHe recommended an X-ray, and within just 10 minutes, I was efficiently guided through the process using their cutting-edge X-ray machine—the latest technology, making the experience quick and seamless.nnI returned to the doctor for a 10-minute follow-up, where he took the time to carefully explain my condition. He showed me the X-ray and pointed out that one of my lower back vertebrae was severely worn at the top. His explanation was both clear and compassionate: he advised me not to sit for more than 45 minutes at a time and highlighted how looking down at my phone or computer for prolonged periods can significantly worsen back issues.nnGiven my age, he was honest that there’s no cure for this level of wear, but he offered practical and thoughtful advice to manage my condition. He recommended swimming as the best exercise for my back and suggested Thai massage, noting that it’s particularly beneficial since it focuses on the tendons and muscles without directly affecting the bone. The staff was absolutely fantastic—so welcoming and attentive, guiding us to the right department with care and professionalism. The doctors were incredible, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. We were given an amazing room that accommodated the entire family, and they truly treated us as if we were part of their own family.nnTheir care and service were beyond exceptional. Despite the difficult circumstances with our son, their support and kindness made all the difference. What an extraordinary team and what an incredible level of service—absolutely outstanding. We are so grateful for how amazing they were!
