The nurses who cared for my mother were attentive, kind, and always knew how to keep her motivated and in good spirits through their care and attitude.nnThe entire staff is excellent – from the cleaning personnel who maintain the facility, to the food service, which is both tasty and thoughtfully prepared for patients' needs.nnThe doctors are highly professional, with consistent daily follow-ups and clear communication. Surgeries are performed with great care and precision, and we always felt safe and well-informed throughout the process.nnBased on our experience, this is one of the most complete and professional teams in the region. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the post-operative care, which is among the best we've seen.nnHighly recommand

Very rude staff in the emergency department.nWe forgot a charger in the room after my kid was admitted.nWent back to ask for it, the staff were quite rude, and one girl was literally yelling. Such racist behavior is unacceptable from supposedly a good hospital.nShame on them..

Very rude staff in the emergency department.nWe forgot a charger in the room after my kid was admitted.nWent back to ask for it, the staff were quite rude, and one girl was literally yelling. Such racist behavior is unacceptable from supposedly a good hospital.nShame on them..

We had a horrible experience at this hospital today. My elderly sick mother was taken to their emergency department. The doctor immediately said that she needs ICU and then we were quoted 900 Euros per night for a bed in ICU. We informed them that mother is a resident of Turkey, so we should not be quoted fees in Euros.nnWhen we refused to pay 900 Euros, the attitude of the Doctor and staff immediately changed. The doctor began to get rude in front of everyone and the administration staff brought us a form to sign that said that we were refusing service.nnWe decided to take our severely ill mother by car to another hospital as a result of this greedy rude place. I would not wish for anyone to go through what we went through today..
