Our recent experience at Anadolu Hospital in Turkey was highly disappointing and frustrating. We initially chose this hospital based on its reputation, hoping for top-tier medical care, but what we encountered was far from what we expected.\n\nFirst and foremost, the costs were exorbitant. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were being charged excessively for every service, consultation, and procedure. Furthermore, it is seemed to me that the price were not fixed. So your guide kind of making discounts for you. There was a clear disconnect between the high prices and the quality of care provided.\n\nMoreover, the overall communication and service were substandard. The hosital appeared indifferent and seemed more interested in financial gain than in delivering genuine care.\n\nFor anyone considering Anadolu Hospital, I strongly advise you to reconsider. The services are overpriced, and the care is not at the level one would expect from such an expensive establishment. Our experience left us feeling deeply dissatisfied and regretting our decision to seek treatment there..

Very pleasant experience. We went there, checked in and about immediately we got assigned with two Albanian translators. Then, we started the analysis. Went well, and didn't take long. Health is very important so you should visit at least for a checkup.\nAlso big thanks to Anila and Anita for the unstopping help.

I had the privilege of being cared for by the incredible medical team at Anadolu Medical Center in Affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine during my spinal cord surgery in January 2025, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the professionalism to the remarkable kindness and warmth shown at every step, this experience exceeded all my expectations.\n\nI chose Anadolu because of Dr. Mehmet Berk’s outstanding credentials, which gave me the confidence to undergo surgery here. But beyond his expertise, what truly set him apart were his impeccable bedside manners, patience, kindness, and genuine care, qualities that could be a masterclass for any medical professional. Thanks to him, I had absolute peace of mind knowing I had made the best choice. And I was right.\n\nNot only was the surgery a complete success, but I was out of the hospital just two days later, walking and feeling better each day, an outcome I hadn’t even imagined in my best-case scenario. Now, three weeks post-op, I am pain-free and fully back to my normal self. I couldn’t be more grateful.\n\nA huge thank you to the entire team, especially the patient coordinators Ionela Güney, Eliz Kizilirmak, Vaide Kurc and Meryem Karabul, who were with me every step of the way. Their support, organization, and positivity made everything seamless and truly felt like family. I also want to acknowledge the amazing staff on the 3rd floor, where I spent my two post-op days. All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied..

Very good hospital. All the staff are big professional. Wish no body to need this kind of service but I was very surprised from the whole experience that we have had when was there. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful professional that made our stay there easy. The doctors visit us Saturday and Sunday also - explain everything very clear and easy for understanding. Our coordinator/translator Julide organised everything very quick and easy fo us she is the best one ❤️ !!!! Special thank to the whole professional team of Prof. Dr. Metin Çakmakçı, Dr. E. Erdem Türemen, MD. Surgeon\nAyhan Erdemir - BIG RESPECT for them and the whole hospital staff !!!
