Her exceptional attitude and warm, professional personality have made every visit a positive experience. It is because of Dr. Alara’s dedication and the high standard of service at Acıbadem Hospital that I continue to return for my dental care, even though I live in Tripoli, Libya. There is so much to say.nWe are currently under medical supervision for my son’s scoliosis, and can only praise the Spine Center under Dr. Alanay’s leadership. Both he and Dr. Caglar are very caring, and knowledgeable.nThe staff is extremely helpful, and attentive. We especially appreciate the comprehensive approach, as the center coordinates multidisciplinary specialties: physical therapy, thoracic and neurosurgery, bracing, etc. Tais and Gizem are wonderful patient care staff members, arranging for every single detail, answering questions, keeping everything on track. The shuttles to and from the airport, and hotel, are such an incredible service, it makes everything so much easier.nThe hospital is amazing; it’s new, beautiful, well maintained, with translating services though most of the doctors speak English.nAs far as Istanbul goes, it is a fantastic city well worth visiting!

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing rhinoplasty with Dr. Alper Ozdilek, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results. I am incredibly grateful for the medical procedure; I never thought I’d be able to breathe this well! My nose looks beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the procedure was. The hospital was impeccably clean and sanitary, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Luna, who played a vital role in expediting the process. She made me feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the entire journey. Additionally, I want to give a special thanks to Chala, who translated the entire process for me. Her kindness and support made a world of difference. Had my annual check up here. They’ve come a loooong way. Place is clean & well maintained. Very systematic and organized. Doctor is proficient in English. Staff are accommodating & helpful even if they don’t all speak in English. Hospital has clear signs in both Turkish & English & a staff will always walk with you if you need to go to a different area of the hospital. Disappointed that the restroom where I was led to give my urine sample was filthy but there were other toilets around that were very clean. Paid street parking and Valet parking available..
