I was told that while visiting Turkey, this hospital company was the place to keep in mind if anything came up.nnAll of the sudden, I needed an urgent heart procedure.nnI made an appointment and was seen the same day. Dr. Muhammet Buğra Karaaslan and staff are excellent. Clear and to the point. Answered all my questions and even consulted with my primary care physician. Preformed the procedures with excellence.nnThe room was fantastic. The professionalism and training of the nursing staff and attention exceeded my every expectation. The interpreter, Güney was most excellent and went out of his way to care for our needs.nnThe financial staff was also very helpful in accommodating our financial circumstances.nnI do highly recommend this hospital for medical services.nnWell done by all..

Straight to surgery. No proper diagnosis. No conservative treatment. No holistic view.nJust one template: “Saw it? Cut it.”nFast. Aggressive. Expensive. Careless.nnTheir goal isn’t your health. Their goal is your wallet.nAnd after their “treatment”, you’re not better — you’re more broken and confused.nnBoth my husband and I were told we needed serious surgeries.nBut in one case, another doctor confirmed that surgery was completely unnecessary.nIn the other, a simple diet corrected all test results and symptoms in just three months.nnThat says everything about acibadem.

My father fell very ill during his holiday to Turkey and was taken to Acibadem, Bodrum. The moment I met the doctors and staff I knew he was in good hands. Also a special mention for Erkan, who deals with international patients. He was amazing during my time there and also kept me updated on my fathers situation while I was back home. My partner was taken into Acibadem Hospital following a heart attack. The treatment he received and the care shown to both of us was absolutely amazing. We were looked after from start to finish, from the specialist Drs right down to housekeeping staff, cannot fault the care. At a time we were at our most vulnerable everyone was so kind. We are home now and he is doing well, but we can't thank them enough

God help me that I never need to go to this hospital! My houseguest was very worried for his health. He is 79 and suffered from some ominous kidney pain amongst other things. Unfortunately I was not home to come with him. So he went there alone. Enter the so-called helper, an English lady, whose job description I am not sure about. He was quoted 1200 TL for a consultancy and agreed. During the consult he was upsold on some other tests, but didn't understand it was added to the bill. By the time they were done with my friend, he was presented with a bill of over 10,000 TL.nHe left without a proper diagnosis, without an itemized bill, without any of the test result. Just this pitiful receipt. You get better documents shopping for a carton of milk at a supermarket!. What he got was a promise that they'd email him.nnOver 2 weeks later we went back to get at least a translation of the test results. Not much to ask for a "service" of over 800 USD! This time I came with him. The girls at the service desk did their best to help, to them once again a thank you. But then out came Ms Rebecca. Her bedside manners soured as soon as the understood why we were there. Her insincere helpfulness turned to rude answers, and then she excused herself that she would go and retrieve the lab results (that we wanted in English, and were somewhere "downstairs") but never returned. When we pressed again to see her, we were informed she had gone a meeting. Such is the customer care at this place.nnUnless you're bleeding to death, I'd recommend drive on and find another health provider. If I could give 0 stars, I would..
